ՌԴ գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչները նամակ են գրել Մերկելին` խնդրելով վերանորոգել իրենց ճանապարհը. Կրեմլից արձագանքել են

ՌԴ Օմսկի շրջանի Վերխնի Կարբուշ գյուղի իշխանությունները, որոնց բնակիչները նամակ են գրել Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելին`ճանապարհը վերանորոգելու խնդրանքով, անընդունելի անփութություն են ցուցաբերել և անտեսել են այս իրավիճակը: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը, գրում է РБК լրատվականը:

«Դա բացարձակ անընդունելի անփութություն է տարածաշրջանային իշխանությունների կողմից:  Կարծում եմ, որ տարածաշրջանային իշխանությունները դրան ուշադրություն կդարձնեն և միջոցներ կձեռնարկեն»,-ասել է Պեսկովը:

Մի քանի տարի է, ինչ քաղաքացիները խնդրով դիմում են նահանգային նախարարություն: Պեսկովի խոսքերով` գյուղացիների զայրույթը իշխանությունների նկատմամբ միանգամայն արդարացված է:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Պեսկովը նշել է, որ կան շատ նման վայրեր, որտեղ ճանապարհների հետ կապված խնդիրներ կան: 

Հայտնի է, որ ավելի վաղ գյուղացիները տեսաուղերձ էին հղել Գերմանիայի կանցլերին, որում խնդրել էին ասֆալտապատել Դմիտրի Կարբիշևի անվան փողոցը: Տեղի բնակիչների խոսքերով՝  իրենց գյուղը հիմնել են Ռուսաստանի գերմանացիները 19-20-րդ դարերում: Նրանք նաև ընդգծել են, որ մինչ այդ իրենք կապվել են տեղի իշխանությունների հետ, բայց ոչ ոք չի վերանորոգել ճանապարհը: ԳԴՀ իշխանությունները պատասխանել են, որ իրենք ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարող օգնել, քանի որ  իրավունք չունեն միջամտելու տեղական իշխանությունների գործունեությանը այլ երկրներում:
