Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ ԱԱԽ քարտուղա՞ր. նա թելադրող է լինելու. «Իրատես»

«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է.

«Քաղաքական օրակարգում 2018-ից հետո ապագա վարչապետի հնարավոր թեկնածուների հարցը շարունակում է մնալ գերակա։ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, ինչպես հայտարարել է, պատրաստ է կրկին մնալու վարչապետի պաշտոնում։ Լռում է Սերժ Սարգսյանը, խոսում են քաղաքական վերլուծաբանները, որոնց դիտարկումներով` Սերժ Սարգսյանը կարող է լինել ապագա վարչապետ եւ, ըստ էության, պետության ղեկավար։

ՀՀԿ-ի գաղափարական հատվածի ներկայացուցիչները, սակայն, պնդում են, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մտադիր չէ զբաղեցնելու վարչապետի պաշտոնը. նա շատ պարզ ասել է, որ իր քաղաքական կարիերան կապում է ազգային անվտանգության հետ, իսկ սա ենթադրում է այլ կարգավիճակ։ Եվ մինչ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը լուրեր է տարածում, թե իրեն առաջարկվել է ԱԱԽ քարտուղարի պաշտոնը, իրականում այդ պաշտոնի համար այլ թեկնածու կա։

Բանն այն է, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխություններից հետո Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարը բավականին մեծ դերակատարում եւ շատ հարցեր որոշելու իրավասություն է ձեռք բերում։ Եթե մինչ այժմ ԱԱԽ-ն ընդամենը խորհրդակցական մարմին էր, այժմ այն որոշումներ թելադրող է, ըստ էության, իշխանության թեւ, որը կարող է գործընթացներ ուղղորդել։ Իսկ սա նշանակում է եւ՛ ներքին, եւ՛ արտաքին քաղաքական զարգացումների վրա սեփական «կնիքն» ունենալու իրավասություն։

Այս պայմաններում հազիվ թե Սերժ Սարգսյանն այդ կարեւոր պոստը վստահեր Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին։ Ավելին, նույն աղբյուրների պնդմամբ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ԱԱԽ քարտուղարի պաշտոնը 2018-ից հետո կստանձնի հենց Սերժ Սարգսյանը»:
