Մեղրի համայնքի նախկին ղեկավար Մխիթար Զաքարյանի դեմ քրեական հետապնդում կհարուցվի. ԿԸՀ-ն բավարարել է Դատախազության միջնորդությունը

Մեղրի համայնքի նախկին ղեկավար Մխիթար Զաքարյանի դեմ քրեական հետապնդում կհարուցվի, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հայտնել է նրա պաշտպան Երեմ Սարգսյանը:

«Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել էինք, երեկ ժամը 17։15-ին Ագարակի ոստիկանությունը Մեղրի համայնքի նախկին ղեկավար Մխիթար Զաքարյանին Ագարակում ծանուցում է հանձնել այն մասին, որ ժամը 20։00-ին Երևան քաղաքում տեղի է ունենալու Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նիստը, որում պետք է քննարկի նրա նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու և ազատությունից զրկելու հարցում համաձայնություն ստանալու միջնորդությունը։

Ակնհայտ էր, որ իրավասու պետական մարմինները ձևական ծանուցում էին իրականացրել, քանզի դժվար է պատկերացնել, որ այդ մարմինների պաշտոնատար անձինք չեն գիտակցում, որ անհնար է 3,5 ժամում Ագարակից հասնել Երևան և մասնակցել այդ նիստին։

Այս մասին Մխիթար Զաքարյանը դիմումով հայտնել է նաև ԿԸՀ-ին և խնդրել է նիստը հետաձգել ողջամիտ ժամանակով, որպեսզի կարողանա մասնակցել դրան և իրացնել իր իրավունքները։

Երեկ երեկոյան ԿԸՀ-ն որոշել է հետաձգել նիստը և նշանակել այսօր՝ կիրակի առավոտյան՝ ժամը 08։30-ին (շատ են շտապում)։

Չհաշված այն հանգամանքը, որ այդ գիշերային ժամերին պետք է մոտ 6-7 ժամ ճանապարհ գար, Մխիթար Զաքարյանն, այնուամենայնիվ, ուղևորվել եմ դեպի Երևան, որպեսզի մասնակցի այդ նիստին։

Ընդ որում, գիշերային ժամ լինելու պատճառով շրջանցել է Կապան-Գորիս ճանապարհը, քանի որ դրա մի մասը գտնվում է ադրբեջանցիների վերահսկողության ներքո և գիշերային ժամին այդտեղով երթևեկելը վտանգավոր է, ուստի Երևան է ուղևորվել այլընտրանքային ճանապարհով, որը ոչ բարվոք վիճակում է և որի պատճառով էլ ավտոմեքենայի անվադողը վնասվել էր և առանց վերանորոգման անհնար էր ճանապարհը շարունակելը։

Գիշերային ժամին վնասված անվադողի վերանորոգման համար անհրաժեշտ ժամանակի պատճառով ակնհայտ է եղել, որ Մխիթար Զաքարյանն օբյեկտիվ և հարգելի պատճառներով չի կարող նախատեսված ժամին լինել Երևանում, ուստի ժամը 08։04-ին, 08։08-ին, 08։11-ին և 08։27-ին վերը նշվածի վերաբերյալ բարեխղճորեն դիմում է ներկայացրել ԿԸՀ՝ խնդրելով ընդամենը մի քանի ժամով հետաձգել նիստը, քանի որ ցանկանում է անձամբ ներկա գտնվել դրան, ծանոթանալ ներկայացված փաստաթղթերին, ներկայացնել համապատասխան բացատրություններ և հակափաստարկներ, որոնք վստահ է, որ վճռորոշ նշանակություն կունենան ԿԸՀ որոշման համար, ինչպես նաև ներկայացնել իր հակափաստարկները հիմնավորող անհերքելի ապացույցներ։

Ընդ որում, դիմումը «ՇՏԱՊ!!!» գրառմամբ ուղարկվել է հնարավոր բոլոր եղանակներով՝ էլեկտրոնային հարցումների միասնական հարթակով, ԿԸՀ էլեկտրոնային [email protected] փոստին, ԿԸՀ նախագահի էլեկտրոնային [email protected] փոստին և ԿԸՀ ֆեյսբուքյան էջին։

Ավելին, ժամը 08։13-08։29-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում մի քանի զանգեր ենք կատարել ԿԸՀ-ի 010543523 հեռախոսահամրին, սակայն որևէ մեկը չի պատասխանել։

Քիչ առաջ տեղեկացանք, որ ԿԸՀ-ն Մխիթար Զաքարյանի իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտմամբ և ակնհայտ ապօրինի կերպով ավարտել է նիստը և բավարարել է դատախազության միջնորդությունը։

Այդ ապօրինությունը չի կանխել նաև միջնորդությունը ԿԸՀ ներկայացրած դատախազությունը։

Ինչպես ասում են՝ կարևորը «պատվերի» հրատապ կատարումն է, իսկ Օրենքի ու օրինականության վրա պետական մարմինները թքած ունեն։
