Հարցազրույց կոմպոզիտոր, «Երեւանյան հեռանկարներ» միջազգային երաժշտական փառատոնի հիմնադիր նախագահ Ստեփան Ռոստոմյանի հետ

- Պարոն Ռոստոմյան, 18 տարի է արդեն՝ «Երեւանյան հեռանկարներ» փառատոնն եք անում, ի՞նչ հեռանկարներ ունի այսօր մեր երկրում ապրող եւ ստեղծագործող մարդը, ի՞նչ խնդիրներ կմատնանշեք։

- Մեր մեծերը՝ Կոմիտաս, Խաչատրյան, Սարոյան, Ազնավուր, բոլորը դուրս են եկել մեծ շրջանակներից, մեկը՝ Փարիզից, մեկը՝ Պոլսից, մեկը՝ Մոսկվայից, այսինքն՝ միջավայրը շատ կարեւոր է, որովհետեւ միջավայրն է ստեղծում Մեծին։ Նավերին օվկիանոսներ են պետք նավարկության համար։ Հիմա Հայաստանը երբեք «օվկիանոս» չի եղել, եւ մեր բոլոր մեծ երաժիշտները, գրողները գնացել սովորել են դրսում, կայացել ու հետ վերադարձել։ Նրանք ոչ թե օտարամոլ էին, այլ մթնոլորտ էր պետք արվեստի համար։ Մեր փառատոնի հիմնական նպատակն էլ այդ մթնոլորտը, մասշտաբը ստեղծելն էր, որ հայ արվեստագետի համար դառնա սովորական իր երկրում լսել Վիեննայի ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախմբին։ Մենք, երբ ուսանողական տարիներին Պենդերեցկուց մի նոտա էինք ճարում, դա համարում էինք մեծագույն հաջողություն, իսկ հիմա Պենդերեցկին գալիս է Հայաստան, ու երիտասարդ կոմպոզիտորներն առիթ ունեն ոչ միայն իր արվեստի, այլեւ անձնապես իր հետ շփվելու։ Դա շատ մեծ բան է, եւ մեծ հեռանկար բացվեց հայ երաժշտի համար։ Այսօր փառատոնը համարվում է Եվրոպայի առաջատարներից մեկը եւ 10 լավագույնների մեջ է մտնում։ Մենք Եվրամիության անդամ չենք, բայց փառատոնը Եվրամիության անդամ է, եւ հավասարը հավասարի պես ենք խոսում այդ սեղանի շուրջ։

- Երաժշտության մեջ՝ «Երեւանյան հեռանկարները», կինոյում՝ «Ոսկե ծիրանը», մեկական օրինակը կարո՞ղ է Ձեր նշած փոփոխությունն ապահովել, միջավայր փոխել։

- Շատի խնդիր չկա, Թուրքիան 8 փառատոներով է ներկայանում Եվրամիության մեջ, բայց Հայաստանը՝ մեկով, եւ այդ մեկը լիդերներից մեկն է, ուրեմն որակի մեջ է հարցը։ Շատ բարձր եմ գնահատում «Ոսկե ծիրանը», որը լուրջ մտածողություն փոխեց այս երկրի մեջ, բայց կինոյի համար շատ ավելի մեծ ֆինանսական միջոցներ են պետք։ Այս հարցերը նաեւ կոնկրետ անհատների հետ են կապված, օրինակ՝ ժամանակին Հենրիկ Իգիթյանը մի ամբողջ դարաշրջան ստեղծեց նկարչության մեջ եւ նոր ճանապահներ բացեց շատերի համար, հիմա չկա ինքը, ու այդ ամեն ինչն էլ չկա։ Այսօր այդ անհատներն են պետք Հայաստանին ու նաեւ աշխարհին, որովհետեւ այսօր աշխարհում ոչ թե ֆինանսական խնդիրներ կան, այլ լուրջ անհատների խնդիրներ։
