«Զարթոնք»-ի պնդմամբ՝ խախտումները բավարար են ընտրությունների արդյունքներն անվավեր ճանաչելու համար

«Զարթոնք» ազգային քրիստոնեական կուսակցությունը պնդում է, որ իրենց արձանագրած խախտումները բավարար են, որ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքները անվավեր ճանաչվեն: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ասաց «Զարթոնք» ազգային քրիստոնեական կուսակցության գործադիր մարմնի ղեկավար Արա Զոհրաբյանը ՍԴ հուլիսի 10-ի նիստում:

Զոհրաբյանը նշեց, որ ՍԴ դատավորների հարց ու պատասխանից, նաև իրենց կողմից արձանագրված որոշ փաստերից իրենց մոտ անհանգստություն է առաջացել, որ գործը պատշաճ նախապատրաստված չէ դատաքննության: «Առ այսօր «Զարթոնքը» չի ստացել մյուս երեք դիմողների դիմումները, որոնք քննարկվում են մեկ գործի շրջանակում»,-ասաց նա ու հավելեց, որ չեն քննարկվել և քվեարկության չեն դրվել կուսակցության ներկայացրած միջնորդությունները:

ՍԴ նախագահ Արման Դիլանյանը վստահեցրեց, որ  որևէ միջնորդություն առանց քննարկման չի մնալու: «Եվ որևէ կողմ մյուսի համեմատ ավելի բարենպաստ վիճակում չի գտնվելու»,-վստահեցրեց ՍԴ նախագահը:

Զոհրաբյանը շարունակեց՝ պնդելով, որ ընտրություններն անցել են գերլարված մթնոլորտում՝ բոլոր կողմերից: «Ինչպես ասում են՝ բարձր աղմուկը խլացնում է ճշմարտության ձայնը: Հատկապես կարևորում ենք երկու փաստարկ, առաջինը՝ բռնության կոչ և հոգեբանական հարկադրանք: Նախընտրական քարոզչության ժամանակ մեր կուսակցությունը զբաղված էր իր քարոզչությամբ և արձանագրեց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բազմիցս օգտագործում է տարբեր արտահայտություններ, որոնք կարող էին ընկալվել որպես բռնության կոչեր: Մենք, տեսնելով, որ մթնոլորտը գնալով շիկանում է, փորձեցինք այս խնդիրը բերել իրավական դաշտ, դիմեցինք ԿԸՀ-ին, հանձնաժողովը քննության առնելով մեր դիմումը որոշեց մերժել այն»,-ասաց Զոհրաբյանն ու հավելեց, որ քաղաքական ուժը դիմել է նաև Վարչական դատարան:

Ըստ նրա՝ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները, խոսքերը ազդեցություն են գործել հասարակության վրա, առաջին հերթին՝ հանրային ծառայողների վրա: Նա շեշտեց նաև՝ Փաշինյանը չէ, որ պետք է ընտրությունների օրվա մասին հայտարարեր:

Զոհրաբյանը խոսեց նաև վարչական ռեսուրսի հնարավոր կիրառման մասին: «Մինչև քարոզչությունը մեկնարկելը վարչապետի լիազորություններն իրականացնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ծառայողական հանդիպումներ է ունեցել մարզերում, որը փաստացի քարոզչություն է եղել, և այդտեղ օգտագործել է վարչական ռեսուրսը: Այսինքն՝ նա գնացել է մարզերում հանդիպումների որպես վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար, բայց տեքստերից էլ ակնհայտ էր, որ նա սկսել է իրականացնել քարոզչություն: Եվ բնական է, որ այս առումով մեծ առավելություն է ձեռք բերել մյուս բոլոր կուսակցությունների նկատմամբ՝ առավել ևս նոր սկսող կուսակցությունների»,-ասաց կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչը:

Նա խնդրեց բարձր դատարանից, որ ԱԺ ընտրությունների արդյունքներով ընդունված ԿԸՀ-ի համապատասխան որոշումը և ընտրությունների արդյունքները ճանաչվեն անվավեր: «Մեր կարծիքով՝ այս խախտումները բավարար են, որպեսզի անվավեր ճանաչվի»,-ասաց նա:
