Քանի տարվա ազատազրկում է սպասվում «Սասնա ծռեր»-ի անդամներին

Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գնդի զինված զավթման գործով 14 մեղադրյալների մասով քրգործն ուղարկվել է դատարան: Հաշվի առնելով խմբավորման անդամներին հասցված մեղադրանքները` ArmLur.am-ը կներկայացնի, թե քանի տարի ազատազրկում է սպասվում «Սասնա ծռեր»-ի անդամներին:

Արայիկ Խանդոյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել.

ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով՝ ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը, որոնք կատարվել են կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից՝ պատժվում են ազատազրկմամբ՝ երեքից ութ տարի ժամկետով,

218-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ պատանդ վերցնելը, որը կատարվել է կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից, պատժվում են 8-15 տարի ժամկետով,

238-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով՝ զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր հափշտակելը կամ շորթելը՝

1) կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից,

2) կյանքի կամ առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով կամ դա գործադրելու սպառնալիքով, պատժվում են ազատազրկմամբ՝ 8-12 տարով:

ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 225-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, զանգվածային անկարգություններ կազմակերպելը, որոնք ուղեկցվել են բռնությամբ, ջարդերով, հրկիզումներով, գույք ոչնչացնելով կամ վնասելով, հրազեն, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր գործադրելով կամ իշխանության ներկայացուցչին զինված դիմադրություն ցույց տալով՝ պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ չորսից տասը տարի ժամկետով

235-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը, որոնք կատարվել են կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից՝ պատժվում են ազատազրկմամբ՝ երեքից ութ տարի ժամկետով:

219-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, շենքեր, շինություններ, տրանսպորտի, հաղորդակցության կամ կապի միջոցներ զավթելը, պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ 6-12 տարի:

218-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, պատանդ վերցնելը՝ 8-15 տարի:

238-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետերով , զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր հափշտակելը կամ շորթելը՝ 8-12 տարի:

185-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, գույքը դիտավորությամբ փչացնելը կամ վնասելը՝ 2-6 տարի:
