Ստանիսլավ Զասի հայտարարությունները հիմք են տվել, որ Ադրբեջանը Վերին Շորժայում սահմանային միջադեպ հրահրի․ Արմեն Գրիգորյան

Ադրբեջանի կողմից Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վերին Շորժա համայնքում կազմակերպված պրովոկացիայի վրա որոշակիորեն ազդել են ՀԱՊԿ-ի կողմից հնչեցված որոշ հայտարարություններ։ Այս մասին Հանրային Հեռուստաընկերության Հարցազրույցի տաղավարում ասաց Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը՝ անդրադառնալով այսօր հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին և այդ համատեքստում ՀԱՊԿ-ի գործողություններին։

«Պարոն Զասի տված հարցազրույցում մեր հիմնական անհանգստությունն այն էր, որ ոչ կառուցողական բնույթի հայտարարությունները խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման գործընթացի վրա կարող են բացասական ազդեցություն ունենալ և նման հայտարարություններն Ադրբեջանին պրովոկացիայի դիմելու հիմքեր են տալիս»,– ասաց նա։

«Սահմանի կայունությունը այս պահին փխրուն է։ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ բանակցություններ են տարվում սահմանապահ ուժեր տեղակայելու ուղղությամբ՝ նման միջադեպերը կանխելու նպատակով։ Հուսով ենք, որ մոտ ապագայում կունենաք այնպիսի վիճակ, որ այն տարածքներում, որտեղ մայիսի 12-ից ճգնաժամ է ստեղծվել, տեղակայվեն ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքեր, լինի սահմանազատում և սահմանագծում»,– հավելեց նա։

Արմեն Գրիգորյանի խոսքով՝ սահմանին ստեղծված իրավիճակի շուրջ ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասի արած  հայտարարությունների մի մասը իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում։  ԱԽ քարտուղարը նշեց, որ քայլեր են ձեռնարկում ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարության այցը Հայաստան կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ։

Հարցին՝ կա օրակարգում ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդին դիմելու հարց, Գրիգորյանը նշեց․ «Սահմանային վեճերը լուծելու ուղղությամբ մենք օգտագործելու ենք բոլոր գործիքակազմերը։ Մեր օրակարգում շարունակում են բաց լինել բոլոր հնարավորությունները։ Եթե ՀԱՊԿ-ի և ՌԴ-ի հետ քննարկումները չտան արդյունք, մենք կփնտրենք այլ լուծումներ»։

Անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի Մոսկվա կատարվելիք այցի օրակարգին՝ Արմեն Գրիգորյանը նշեց, որ օրակարգում նոյեմբերի 9-ի և հունվարի 11-ի եռակողմ համաձայնագրերն են, սահմանային իրավիճակը և հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններիր զարգացումը։

Հարցին՝ ինչ է ենթադրում տարածաշրջանում Թուրքիայի առաջարկած ձևաչափով համագործակցության առաջարկը և ինչ կարծիք ունի Հայաստանը այս մասով, Արմեն Գրիգորյանը նշեց․

«Ամբողջությամբ հստակեցված չէ, թե «3+3»-ը ինչ ֆորմատ է իրենից ներկայացնում։ Բացի այդ, մենք ունենք եռակողմ ֆորմատ Ադրբեջան, Հայաստան, Ռուսաստան, որը սահմանային իրավիճակով պայմանավորված սառեցված է, բայց մոտակա շրջանում սահմանային վիճակի լուծման դեպքում գնալու ենք այդ ֆորմատի առաջխաղացմանը»։
