Արևմուտքը մեր խնդիրներին երբևէ մեծ ընկալմամբ չի մոտեցել, ԱԳՆ-ի և արտաքին քաղաքականության բացակայությունն ավելի է խորացնում այդ բացը. Ֆրանսիայի և ԱՄՆ-ի համար խիստ կարևոր է, որ թուրք-ադրբեջանական զինուժը հետ է մղել Հայաստանին, և ստեղծված աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակը խիստ ձեռնտու է Արևմուտքին: «Արմնյուզ» ՀԸ «#ՕրաԽնդիր» հաղորդման ժամանակ նման կարծիք է հայտնել Ցանցային հետազոտությունների ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Գագիկ Հարությունյանը:

«Ընթանում են հիբրիդային պատերազմներ: Դրանք երբեմն սարսափելի բնույթ և տեսք են ստանում, հիշենք «արաբական գարունը», դա ցեղասպանություն էր, միայն Սիրիայում մոտ մեկ միլիոն մարդ է զոհվել: Նույնը՝ Լիբիայում, Իրաքում, Եմենում, անգամ Լիբանանում: Սա քաղաքակրթական պատերազմ է: Այդ հիբրիդային պատերազմների շնորհիվ Վրաստանը դարձավ արևմտամետ երկիր, դա այն երկիրն էր, որը ռուսներին խնդրում էր իրեն փրկել թուրքական յաթաղանից: Իսկ այսօր արևմտյան հանրությունն առավելապես մտահոգված է Թբիլիսիում գեյ-շքերթի տապալմամբ»,- ասել է փորձագետը:                         

Ըստ Հարությունյանի՝ թուրքերը մոդելավորում են ՀԱՊԿ-ի պես մի պանթուրանական կառույց ստեղծել, որում ընդգրկված կլինեն նաև միջինասիական երկրները, իսկ մենք բացարձակապես չենք ընկալում անվտանգային մարտահրավերները. «Հայաստանում երեք տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցածը օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայությունների կողմից մշակված մի գործողություն էր: Մենք տանուլ ենք տվել պատերազմը, իսկ գունավոր հեղափոխությունները ենթադրում են երկրի զավթում, սա զավթված երկիր է: Տեղեկատվական մանիպուլյացիայի առումով այս իշխանությունն անգերազանցելի է, այն պայքարում է հայկական քաղաքակրթական կոդի դեմ: Պետք է մեր քայլերն իրականացնենք այս իրողությանը համապատասխան»:

Փորձագետի կարծիքով՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանազատման գործընթացն արդեն սկսվել է, և Փաշինյանի ու Ալիևի միջև ամեն հաջորդ պայմանավորվածություն միայն վատթարացնելու է վիճակը. «Անկլավներն այս իշխանության համար դժգույն գյուղեր են, ինչպես Շուշին և Շուռնուխը, դրանք իրենց պետք չեն: Այս ամենը չի վերջանալու մեկ հանդիպմամբ կամ համաձայնագրով: Հիբրիդային պատերազմներն ընթանում են անընդհատ, երբեմն՝ աննկատ: Ուկրաինայում տեղի ունեցած հեղաշրջման հետևանքով երեք տարում գիտաշխատողների թիվը կրճատվեց մոտ 150 հազարով: Հայաստանում ԽՍՀՄ փլուզումից հետո 12 անգամ նվազել է մեր գիտակրթական ինտելեկտուալ պոտենցիալը՝ ըստ Գիտության կոմիտեի տվյալների»:
