Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը կազմակերպել է քննարկում ոռոգման համակարգի արդյունավետության բարձրացման խնդիրների վերաբերյալ

Հուլիսի 2-ին ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Արման Խոջոյանի գլխավորությամբ կազմակերպվել էր քննարկում, որի նպատակն էր քննարկումների միջոցով գտնել ոռոգման համակարգերի արդիականացման, պետական աջակցության ծրագրերի ընդլայնման, ոռոգման համակարգերի ներդրման, առկա խնդիրների և դրանց լուծման հնարավոր ուղիները։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը:

Քննարկմանը մասնակցել են ոռոգման գործընթացում ներգրավված շուրջ երկու տասնյակ կապալառուներ, արտադրողներ, մատակարարներ և ֆերմերներ։

Արման Խոջոյանը ընդգծելով հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակը՝ կարևորել է Հայաստանում ոռոգման համակարգերի առավել մասսայական կիրառելիությունը։

«Կլիմայական փոփոխություններով պայմանավորված բարձր ջերմաստիճանի պատճառով ջրօգտագործման, ոռոգման  գործընթացում խնդիրներ միշտ էլ կարող են առաջանալ։ Անհրաժեշտ է, որ մենք կարողանանք ադապտացվել, ավելի մատչելի և մասսայական դարձնենք արդիական տեխնոլագիաները և ապահովենք դրանց կիրառելիությունը մեր իրականության մեջ»,-նշել է նա։

Նախարարի տեղակալը տեղեկացրել է, որ պետական օժանդակության ծրագրերով ՀՀ կառավարությունը պատրաստ է աջակցություն տրամադրել առկա հարցերի լուծման համար և հավելել, որ արդեն իսկ նախագծման փուլում է գտնվում մի ծրագիր, համաձայն որի կաթիլային եղանակով ոռոգման դեպքում՝ առաջիկա 3 տարիներին ֆերմերները կազատվեն ջրի վարձից։ 

Նմանատիպ հանդիպում-քննարկումները կարևոր ենոռոգման համակարգում առկա խնդիրները, խոչընդոտները, ակնկալիքները պետությունիցհավաքագրելու համար․դրանցմիջոցովպետությունըկկարողանա ֆերմերներին և գյուղացիներին  առաջարկելհամապատասխան տեխնոլոգիական լուծումները, որպեսզի համատեղ ուժերով կարճ ժամանակում հնարավոր լինի ստանալ ավելի լավ արդյունք, քան հաջողվել է անել մինչ օրս։

Ծավալված քննարկման ընթացքում առանձնացվել են մի շարք խնդիրներ՝ այդ թվում՝ ջրամբարների կառուցման և ջրի ամբարման ծավալների մեծացման անհրաժեշտությունը, կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգերի ոչ ճիշտ օգտագործումը, ոռոգման համար ջրի պիտանելիության, ջրի ֆիլտրման խնդիրը,  որակյալ խողովակների պակասը, ջրի ճիշտ բաշխման և հասանելիության խնդիրը, մասնագետների պակասը, հողերի կտրտվածությունն ու դրանց խոշորացման անհրաժեշտությունը, էլեկտրաէներգիայի պակասը և մի շարք այլ կաևոր ոլորտային հարցեր։

Բարձրացված խնդիրների ցանկում էր նաև ոռոգման արդիական համակարգերի և դրանց կիրառելիության մասին ֆերմերների և գյուղացիների տեղեկացվածության պակասը։ Կարևորելով իրազեկվածության բարձրացման, տեղեկատվության հասանելիության խնդիրը՝  նախարարի տեղակալը տեղեկացրել է, որ նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ շուտով կսկսվի նկարահանվել գյուղատնտեսության տարբեր թեմաների շուրջ տեղեկատվական հաղորդաշար։ Վերջինիս նպատակը կլինի ոչ միայն բարձրացնել հանրության իրազեկվածությունը գյուղատնտեսության տարբերհարցերի վերաբերյալ, այլև մասնագիտական օգտակար տեղեկատվություն տրամադրել գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվողներին։

Հանդիպման ավարտին Արման Խոջոյանը նշել է, որ առաջարկները կամբողջացվեն՝ գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկելու համար։
