Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի դեմ պայքարելու մասին պետք էր մտածել ավելի վաղ, ոչ թե ամբողջ երկիրը կրակի մեջ դնել, հիմա պետք է գլուխը կախ ստեղծել նոր պետություն. Ստանիսլավ Տարասով

Ռուսաստանցի քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Ստանիսլավ Տարասովի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանի և Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպմանը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մասին քննարկմանը ամենաքիչ ժամանակն է տրամադրվելու։

Նա Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ երկու երկրների օրակարգում կան բազմաթիվ ավելի կարևոր ու հրատապ քննարկման արժանի թեմաներ, իսկ այս տարածաշրջանին վերաբերող զարգացումները ամփոփված են նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ համաձայնագրում, որտեղ Թուրքիան մասնակցություն չունի։

«Հիմա բոլորի գլխավոր նպատակը այդ համաձայնագրի կետերը իրականացնելն է»,- ասաց նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը այսօր  Անթալիայում բանակցություններ է վարել թուրք պաշտոնակցի` Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուի հետ, որոնց ընթացքում քննարկվել է նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի կարգավորմանն ուղղված հետագա քայլերը:

«Իրավիճակը Հարավային Կովկասում ևս մեկ կարևոր թեմա կդառնա ՌԴ-ի և Թուրքիայի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների բանակցություններում»,- մինչ հանդիպումն ասվել էր հանդիպման մասին հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Թուրքիան, ըստ Ստանիսլավ Տարասովի, ցանկանում է, որ իրականան նոյեմբերի 9-ի համաձայնագրի հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակմանը վերաբերող կետերը, որ գործարկվի «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը»։ «Ուղիղ ազդեցություն Թուրքիան չի կարողանում ունենալ այս գործընթացների վրա։ Նա այստեղ Ադրբեջանի հովանավորն է։ Նրանք երկուսով են հաղթել պատերազմը»,- ասաց նա։

Նա նորից նշեց, որ պետք չէ մտածել, որ Լավրովը Չավուշօղլուի հետ հանդիպում է Ղարաբաղի պատճառով, երկու երկների օրակարգը լեցուն է բազում հարցերով։ Իսկ Թուրքիան, ըստ նրա, Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմում հաղթանակի արդյունքում հասել է այս տարածաշրջանի հետ կապված իր նպատաներին։

Ինչ վերաբերում է նրան, թե ինչ պետք է անի Հայաստանը, ապա ըստ Տարասովի, այդ հարցը պետք է տալ վարչապետ ընտրված Փաշինյանին։ «Հայերն ընտրել են Փաշինյանին, ունեք առաջորդ, թող ինքն էլ ձեզ առաջնորդի։ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի դեմ պայքարելու մասին պետք էր մտածել ավելի վաղ, ոչ թե ամբողջ երկիրը կրակի մեջ դնել։ Իսկ հիմա պետք է գլուխը կախ ստեղծել նոր պետություն։ Ես չգտեմ ինչ պետություն, դա արդեն Փաշինյանը կիմանա, նա է , ի վերջո հաղթել ընտրություններում։ Իսկ դա նշանակում էր, որ հայերը նրան հավատացել են։ Նա հավանաբար մի ծրագիր կունենա»,- ասաց նա։

Խոսելով նրա մասին, թե ինչ դիրքորոշում է ընտրել Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների վերաբերյալ, ռուսաստանցի վերլուծաբանը նշեց. «Կողքից հետևում ենք և շատ ցավում։ Մենք շատ վախենում ենք, որ Հայաստանը կարող է ինքն իրեն վերացնել։ Եվ ոչ թե նրա համար, որ պատերազմում է պարտվել, ո՛չ, Հայաստանը չի պարտվել, նա պարզապես ինքն իրեն հիմա վերացնում է»,- ասաց նա։
