Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է ԱՄՆ դեսպան Լին Թրեյսիին

Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Լին Թրեյսիին:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ կառավարությունից:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ մեր երկրում տեղի ունեցած արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններով Հայաստանը մտնում է նոր շրջափուլ, որում շատ կարևոր են միջազգային հանրության, այդ թվում՝ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից հնչեցված բարձր գնահատականները ընտրությունների որակյալ անցկացման ու արձանագրված արդյունքների վերաբերյալ:

Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը, մասնավորապես, կարևորել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի արձագանքը ընտրությունների ու հետագայում հայ-ամերիկյան համագործակցության ուղղությունների վերաբերյալ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նկատել է, որ երկկողմ համագործակցության արդյունքներից մեկն արդեն տեսանելի կլինի մի քանի օրից, երբ Հայաստանում կսկսի իր գործունեությունը պարեկային նոր ծառայությունը: «Հույս ունեմ, որ մեր համագործակցությունը կշարունակենք նոր ծավալներով»,- նշել է վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը՝ կարևորելով երկկողմ գործակցությունը տարբեր ուղղություններով Հայաստանում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների կյանքի կոչման գործում:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն առանձնակի ընդգծել է ԱՄՆ դերը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակում և կարևորել համանախագահության գործունեությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության համապարփակ կարգավորման գործում: Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը նշել է, որ ՄԽ համանախագահությունը Հայաստանը դիտարկում է ոչ միայն որպես միջնորդ ԼՂ բանակցային գործընթացում, այլև տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության ապահովման կարևոր գործոն: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ ներկայում ունենք մի իրադրություն, երբ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ագրեսիվ գործունեությունը և այդ իրադրությունը կառավարելու գործում կարևորվում է ոչ միայն համանախագահների, այլև ԱՄՆ  դերակատարությունը:

Դեսպան Լին Թրեսյին նշել է, որ ԱՄՆ վարչակազմը շարունակելու է սերտ համագործակցությունը ՀՀ կառավարության հետ՝ վերջինիս բարեփոխումների օրակարգի առաջնահերթություններն առաջ մղելու նպատակով: Այդ առումով առանցքային է համարվել փոխգործակցությունը ժողովրդավարական ինստիտուտների զարգացման ու ամրապնդման, արդարադատության, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի, ընտրական գործընթացների զարգացման ոլորտներում:

Դեսպանը նշել է նաև ԱՄՆ վարչակազմի հավատարմությունը ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ շրջանակում գործունեությանը՝ բանակցային ձևաչափի վերականգնման ու հիմնախնդրի համապարփակ կարգավորման նպատակով: 

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության համար առաջնային նշանակություն են շարունակում մնալ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը և այդ գործում գործադիրն առաջնորդվելու է Հակակոռուպցիոն ռազմավարությամբ: Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարն առաջնահերթությունների թվում նշել է նաև դատական համակարգի բարեփոխումը և վստահություն հայտնել, որ առաջիկա տարիներին այն իրապես կլինի անկախ: «Վստահ եմ, այս ամենի արդյունքում ժողովրդավարությունը ոչ միայն անշրջելի է դառնալու, այլև արմատավորվելու է Հայաստանում»,- ասել է վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը: Նա նաև կարևորել է Զինված ուժերի, կրթության բնագավառի բարեփոխումները, ինչպես նաև ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումը, թվայնացման գործընթացը, որը  կրելու է ինտենսիվ բնույթ:
