Յոթ հայ ռազմագերիների մասով դիմում է ներկայացվել ՄԻԵԴ. Հայ Դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակ

Միջազգային և համեմատական իրավունքի կենտրոնը, համագործակցաբար Վաշինգտոնում տեղակայված Արդարության և մարդու իրավունքների հայկական կենտրոնի հետ, ևս յոթ հայտ է ներկայացրել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան՝ խնդրելով «ժամանակավոր միջոց կիրառել» 2020թ․ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունից հետո միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտումներով գերեվարված հայ զինծառայողների գործերով։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի Հայ Դատի կենտրոնական գրասենյակը:

«Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայ ռազմագերիներին այդպիսին չճանաչելու շարունակական քաղաքականությունը մարդկային կյանքի նկատմամբ այլասերված վերաբերմունքի օրինակ է: Ժամանակն է, որ միջազգային հանրությունը դադարի քաջալերել բռնապետ Ալիևին և պահանջի, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը կատարի 1949թ. ընդունված Ժնեւյան կոնվենցիայի  պարտավորությունները»,- ընդգծել է Արդարության և մարդու իրավունքների հայկական կենտրոնի ղեկավար, Հայ դատի երկարամյա գործիչ Քեն Խաչիկյանը։

«Ժամանակավոր միջոց» կիրառելու համար հայ գերիների մասին շարունակական վկայություններ հավաքագրելով՝ հիշյալ կենտրոնների դիմումները ՄԻԵԴ-ին առաջին քայլն է` ստիպելու Ադրբեջանին՝ որպես այդպիսին ճանաչել հայ ռազմագերիներին։ Դա նաև հնարավորություն կտա միջազգային մարդասիրական կազմակերպություններին, հատկապես՝ Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կազմակերպությանը, մուտք գործելու գերեվարված անձանց մոտ։
