Ո՞վ է ժառանգում. Արժանավորը

Երբ Մակեդոնացուն հարցրեցին, թե ու՞մ է ժառանգում իր գահը, նա պատասխանեց ` արժանավորին: Սույն հոդվածում, բնավ միտում չունենք համեմատելու Մակեդոնացուն և Արգամ Աբրահամյանին, սակայն Արտաշատում ծառացել է արժանավորի խնդիրը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ թիվ 5 ընտրատարածքում` Արարատի մարզում, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի ռեյտինգային թեկնածուներից ձայների բացարձակ մեծամասնությամբ առաջատար էր նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի որդին՝ Արտաշատի քաղաքապետ Արգամ Աբրահամյանը: Նրա օգտին քվեարկել է 33 779 մարդ: Ու սա այն պարագայում, երբ մինչ այդ, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հեռացել էր ՀՀԿ-ից: Ավելին, այդ բաժանումն ավելի ցավոտ էր հենց ՀՀԿ-ի համար: Կառույցը բոլոր խոչընդոտները ստեղծեց, որպեսզի Աբրահամյանը չկարողանա հավաքել բավարար քանակությամբ ձայներ: Բայց ինչպես տեսանք, անգամ այդ պարագայում, նա կարողացավ հաղթող դուրս գալ ու նվաճել բացարձակ առաջատարի դիրքը: Սա իհարկե, մեծ կորուստ էր հենց ՀՀԿ-ի համար:

Այս ամենը քաջ գիտակցում են ՀՀԿ-ում: Այժմ, երբ հունիսին այդ քաղաքում սպասվում են ընտրություններ, իշխանությունը կանգնած է բարդ դիլեմայի առջև: Ու՞մ առաջադրել: Խնդիրն այստեղ հաղթանակ տոնելը չէ: Ունեցած ռեսուրսներով, թեկուզ քիչ տարբերությամբ, իշխանությունը կարող է հաղթել: Խնդիրն ավելի շատ դրան հաջորդող գործընթացներն են: Արդյո՞ք նոր ընտրվող քաղաքապետը կունենա այն հեղինակությունն ու էլեկտորատը, որն ուներ Արգամ Աբրահամյանը: Անգամ առաջին հայացքից, առանց խորքային դիտարկումների էլ ակնհայտ է, որ` ոչ: Մինչդեռ Արգամ Աբրահամյանը համայնքի ղեկավարի այնպիսի բարձր նշաձող է սահմանել, որ հետագայում ընտրվելիք որևէ մեկը չի կարող քաղաքը ղեկավարել առանց նրա աջակցության:

Այժմ իշխանությունը շրջանառում է որոշ անուններ, քաջ գիտակցելով, որ նրանք չեն կարող լինել արժանի հետնորդներ: Չեն կարող, որովհետև չունեն համապատասխան ռեսուրսներ, ձևավորված քաղաքական թիմ և այդքան անհրաժեշտ սկբունքայնություն: Այդ անունները շրջանառելով, իշխանությունը թերևս ուզում է հասկանալ հասարակական տրամադրությունները:

Սակայն, այս ընտրական գործընթացն իր մեջ չի ներառում միայն Արտաշատ քաղաքը: Այն ընդհանրապես վերաբերվում է Հայաստանի ամենախիտ բնակեցված մարզերից մեկին ` Արարատին: Ինչպես տեսանք, այդ մարզում չկարողացավ անգամ հարց լուծել նախկին մարզպետ և ոստիկանապետ Ալիկ Սարգսյանը: Ուստի, ամփոփելով ասվածը, կարող ենք փաստել, որ իշխանությունը դեռ չի կարողացել ու մոտակա ժամանակներում դժվար թե կարողանա Արգամ Աբրահամյանին արժանի հետևորդ գտնի:
