ՀՀԿ–ի տխուր հեռանկարներն ու նրան նետված փրկօղակը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այսօրվա մամուլի հրապարակած տեղեկություններից մեկը ՀՀԿ–ի լուսավոր ապագային է վերաբերում` առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ՀՀԿ նախընտրական շտաբի պետը լինելու է Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
Լուրը, իհարկե, անակնկալ չէ, սակայն հետաքրքիր է` իշխանության վերաբաշխման դետալների համատեքստում: Եվ այսպես, վարչապետ նշանակելով Կարեն Կարապետյանին` Սերժ Սարգսյանը կարծես թե նաև մեսիջներ ուղարկեց` նրան տրվելու են թե տնտեսական, թե քաղաքական լայն լիազորություններ: Անգամ ՀՀԿ համագումարում անթաքույց ասվեց` Կարապետյանը վարչապետի մեր թեկնածուն է: Այդ համատեքստում բավականին երկար ժամանակ լռեցին ՀՀԿ շտաբի ղեկավարի մասին խոսակցությունները, ավելին` Կարապետյանը հայտարարում էր ՀՀԿ դեմքը փոխելու առաքելության մասին:
Ինչու այժմ Սերժ Սարգսյանը վերջնականապես որոշեց անձամբ ղեկավարել շտաբը: Առաջինը` ակտիվանում են տեղեկություններն այն մասին, որ նախագահը հիասթափվում է կառավարության գործունեությունից և վերանայում իր անվերապահ վստահությունը: Երկրորդը` Սարգսյանը հասկանում է, որ այս իրավիճակում շեշտը պետք է դնել Կարապետյանի փիառի վրա` ՀՀԿ–ի համար ձայներ կորզելու նպատակով, սակայն անլուրջ կլինի ՀՀԿ–ի վերարտադրության լծակները հանձնել առայժմ միայն պուպուշ խոսացող վարչապետին: Սերժ Սարգսյանը հասկանում է, որ ՀՀԿ–ի համար բարդագույն այս իրավիճակում քաղաքական հենարան և բավարար մարդկային ռեսուրսներ առայժմ չունեցող Կարեն Կարապետյանը կարող է և տապալել իր իշխանության վերարտադրությունը:
Ավելին, իշխանության կուլիսներում խոսվում է, որ անգամ փիառի ռեսուրսները չեն բավականացնի մինչև ապրիլ: Ժամանակից շուտ չափազանց փչված սպասումները կսկսեն պայթել` զուգահեռաբար ՀՀԿ–ի վերաբերյալ ուրվագծելով տխուր քաղաքական ապագա...
Այս պարագայում Սերժ Սարգսյանը ստիպված է լինելու վերադասավորել քաղաքական ֆիգուրները խաղատախտակին: Եթե այս ամենի համատեքստում դիտենք Ծառուկյանի վերադարձն ու նրա` Գյումրիում աննախադեպ ընդունելությունը վարչապետի անպաճույճ ընդունելության ֆոնին, ապա շուտով հակաիշխանական ընդվզումը կանխելու համար Սերժ Սարգսյանը կտրուկ քայլերի պետք է գնա, որովհետև ներկայի իր ռեսուրսով նա դժվար թե կարողանա դիմագրավել ներքին քաղաքական ճնշումներին և երկարացնել իր իշխանությունը:
Այս ամենի ֆոնին Սերժ Սարգսյանի համար կարծես շտապ օգնություն էր նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հարցազրույցը, որի ենթատեքստերից մեկը մոտավորապես այսպիսին էր` չնայած այս շիլան դուք եք եփել, բայց ես կօգնեմ, որ ցնցումներ չլինեն: Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ նա օժտված է տարբեր բևեռներին մի տանիքի տակ միավորելու բացառիկ տաղանդով` առաջիկայում այդ օգնությունը ՀՀԿ–ի համար փրկօղակի դեր կարող է խաղալ:
Միով բանիվ, ներկա և նախկին վարչապետներով կլծվեն գործի:
