Փաստաբանների պալատը նախաձեռնում է Ադրբեջանում գտնվող հայ ռազմագերիներին իրավաբանական օգնություն տրամադրելու գործընթաց

ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատը 24.06.2021թ. կազմակերպել է խորհրդակցություն Ադրբեջանում ընթացող դատավարություններում հայ ռազմագերիներին իրավաբանական օգնություն ցույց տալու արդյունավետության հարցի շուրջ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Փաստաբանների պալատը:

Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանը, նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Մանե Կարապետյանը, նախագահի տեղակալ Հարութ Ակլունցը, փաստաբաններ Հայկ Ալումյանը և Արա Ղազարյանը:

Խորհրդակցությանը ներկա են գտնվել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանը և ներկայացուցչի տեղակալ Լիպարիտ Դրմեյանը: ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչը փաստաբաններին ընդհանուր տեղեկություններ է տրամադրել  հայ ռազմագերիների վերաբերյալ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանում քննվող գործերի ընթացքի մասին:

Փաստաբանները քննարկել են Ադրբեջանում հայ ռազմագերիներին իրավաբանական օգնություն ցույց տալու, ինչպես նաև հնարավոր խախտումները բացահայտելու և հիմնավորելու  անհրաժեշտության և արդյունավետության հարցը: Փաստաբանները մտահոգություն են հայտնել առ այն, որ Ադրբեջանը խոչընդոտելու է ՀՀ փաստաբանների կողմից հայ ռազմագերիներին իրավաբանական օգնության տրամադրմանը:

Քննարկման արդյունքում, Փաստաբանների պալատը որոշել է դիմել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իրավասու մարմիններին, Ադրբեջանի իրավասու մարմիններին, Ադրբեջանի փաստաբանների միությանը, ինչպես նաև միջազգային այլ կառույցներին՝ հայ ռազմագերիներին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության փաստաբանների միջոցով իրավաբանական օգնություն ցույց տալն ապահովելու, ՀՀ փաստաբանների մուտքը Ադրբեջան թույլատրելու և նրանց անվտանգությունը երաշխավորելու հարցերով:

Վերոգրյալը հաշվի առնելով խնդրում ենք մինչև 2021թ. հունիսի 29-ը՝
