Ազատաշենի 11/11 ընտրատեղամասում կրակոցներն արձակել է ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցություններից մեկի պատգամավորի թեկնածուի որդին. ՔԿ-ն մանրամասներ է հայտնում

2021թ. հունիսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 08:30-ին, քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Ազատաշեն համայնքի 11/11 ընտրատեղամասում կրակոցներ են: Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 10:10-ին, «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել՝ Գեղանիստ համայնքի երկու բնակիչների՝ պոլիտրավմա ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության դիմելու վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն:

Ահազանգերի հիման վրա նախապատրաստվել են նյութեր, որի ընթացքում պարզվել են մի շարք հանգամանքներ:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2021թ. հունիսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 08:30-ի սահմաններում, Արարատի մարզի Ազատաշեն համայնքում տեղակայված 11/11 ընտրատեղամասում վիճաբանություն և քաշքշուկ է տեղի ունեցել՝ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին մասնակից կուսակցություններից մեկի պատգամավորի թեկնածուի, նույն կուսակցության անդամներ, նշված տեղամասում դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող անձանց, այդ թվում՝ թեկնածուի որդու, և հանձնաժողովի նախագահի միջև, որը շարունակվել է ընտրատեղամասի բակում, ինչին մասնակցել են նաև ընտրության եկած անձինք, որի ընթացքում հնչել են կրակոցներ:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ նյութերում առկա են քրեական գործ հարուցելու օրինական առիթ և հիմք՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 149.2-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և 154.4-րդ հոդվածով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ կրակոցներն արձակել է պատգամավորի թեկնածուի որդին, ով ի վիճակի չէ քննչական գործողություններին մասնակցել:

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել է 3 հատ 9մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտ, որոնցից մեկը՝ չկրակված, առգրավվել է հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող գազային ատրճանակը:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
