Ներկայանալով որպես ադրբեջանցի զինծառայող՝ թրաֆիքինգի է ենթարկել Արցախյան պատերազմում անհետ կորած զինծառայողների՝ իգական սեռի հարազատներին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել և հիմնավորվել է, որ 2020թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծված պատերազմում անհետ կորած համարվող՝ ՀՀ զինված ուժերի զինծառայողների՝ իգական սեռի հարազատներին կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով, խաբեության կամ վստահությունը չարաշահելու եղանակով, ցանկանալով ներկայանալ որպես Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի զինծառայող, Գորիս քաղաքի 40-ամյա բնակիչն իր կողմից «Facebook.com»  համացանցային կայքում նախկինում բացված՝ «Arman Armeni Xachatryan» օգտանունով անհատական էջը վերանվանել է «Азиз Мурадов» անվամբ:

Այնուհետև՝ 2021թ. հունվար և փետրվար ամիսներին, նույն համացանցային կայքում կատարված որոնումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերել է օգտատերերի, այդ թվում նաև 14-ամյա աղջկա, ովքեր համացանցային կայքում իրենց անհետ կորած զինծառայող հարազատներին որոնելու կամ նրանց գտնվելու վայրի մասին տեղեկություններ ստանալու վերաբերյալ հրապարակումներ էին կատարել:

Առանձնացնելով իր համար նախընտրելի իգական սեռի օգտատերերին՝ 40-ամյա տղամարդը «Մեսենջեր» հեռահաղորդակցման հավելվածի միջոցով հաղորդագրություններ է ուղարկել նրանց՝ հայտնելով, թե իբր վերջիններիս անհետ կորած հարազատները գտնվում են Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում և ինքը անմիջական շփում ունի նրանց հետ:

Օգտատերերից շատերը չեն պատասխանել ուղարկված հաղորդագրություններին, սակայն ոմանք, հավատալով և ցանկանալով տեղեկություններ ստանալ իրենց հարազատների մասին, պատասխանել են նամակին և սկսել նամակագրություն վարել վերջինիս հետ:

Տղամարդը, օգտվելով նրանց վիճակի խոցելիությունից, կեղծ խոստումներ տալով, որ կկազմակերպի հեռախոսազրույց գերևարված զինծառայողների հետ, ուղարկել է «Magicut» և «Cupace» ծրագրային հավելվածների միջոցով վերափոխված լուսանկարներ՝ դրանցում տեղադրելով անհետ կորած զինծառայողի դեմքը:
