Մեր սահմաններում կարելի է ասել ամեն օր որևէ խնդիր է լինեմ, մեծ կամ փոքր, որոնց մասին հաճախ չենք էլ բարձրաձայնում, քանի որ հիմնականում ռուս գործընկերների հետ կարողանում ենք արագ լուծումներ տալ: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Գորիսի փոխհամայնքապետ Մենուա Հովսեփյանը՝ խոսելով Սյունիքում սահմանային իրավիճակի մասին:

Մենուա Հովսեփյանը անդրադարձավ նաև է Տեղ համայնքում հունիսի 12-ին տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին, երբ տեղացիները գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ կատարելիս ապակողմնորոշվել են և տրակտորներով և երեք «Նիվա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներով հայտնվել են ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ-ի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքում, հավաքվել էին նաև բնակավայրի բնակիչները և ստեղծվել էր լարված իրավիճակ։

«Մենք տեղյակ պահեցինք  ռուսական կողմին և արագ արձագանքեցին, ռուսները դեպքի վայր են ժամանել և մի քանի ժամվա ընթացքում հայկական կողմին վերադարձրել մեքենաները: Հիշո՞ւմ եք՝ հուլիսի 8-ին էլ հայկական ԶՈՒ զինվորական, Ակներ գյուղի բնակիչ Արթուր Քարթանյանը, մառախուղի պատճառով ապակողմնորոշվել և հայտնվել է ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ-ի կողմից վերահսկվող տարածքում, որտեղից էլ նրան գերեվարել և ձերբակալել, կրկին կապ ենք հաստատել և Ռուստամ Մուրադովի աջակցությամբ ընդամենը մի քանի ժամվա ընթացքում խնդիրը լուծվեց»,– ասաց նա:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին որևէ նախապայմաններ առաջ քաշվում են ադրբեջանական կողմից, փոխհամայնքապետն ասաց, որ նշված դեպքերի լուծման համար նմանօրինակ որևէ դեպք չի եղել, որ խնդիրները լուծվեն նախապայմաններ առաջ քաշելու արդյունքում:
