Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գնում է սրացումների, բայց քաղաքացիական պատերազմի ռեսուրս չունի. Վիգեն Հակոբյան (տեսանյութ)

Սրացումներ, բախումներ կարող են լինել այդ թվում ընտրությունների օրը, չեն բացառվում նաև հետընտրական շրջանում, բայց ես չեմ կարծում, որ  քաղաքացիական պատերազմ կլինի: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղտեխնոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանը՝ հավելով, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այդ ռեսուրսը չունի, նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո իր ընտրազանգվածը շատ ակտիվ էլ չէ, խոսքը սոցիալական ցանցերում ակտիվությանը չի վերաբերում, այլ` ֆիզիկական ակտիվությանը:

«Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ընտրազանգվածը կայուն և կազմակերպված լիներ, ապա ժամանակ առ ժամանակ փողոցում պետք է հայտվեին, փորձեին ընդդիմության մեղադրանքներից պաշտպանել իրենց վարչապետին: Այսինքն՝ խոսել լուրջ կազմակերպված ուժի մասին չենք կարող, եթե հանենք նաև վարչական ռեսուրսը, ապա առանձնապես լուրջ զանգվածների մասին խոսք գնալ չի կարող: Ամենամեծ զանգվածը, որը կարողացել են հավաքել, դա մարտի 1-ին էր, երբ 3 օր վարչական ռեսուրս էին կիրառել ամբողջ երկրով մեկ, որը առավելագույնը գնահատվում էր մոտ 20 հազար մարդ»,-ասաց նա:

Վիգեն Հակոբյանը ընդգծեց՝ խիստ կասկածում է, որ իշխանությունն այս անգամ ամբողջ վարչական ռեսուրսին է տիրապետում և հիշեցրեց, որ Գյումրիում իշխանության հանրահավաքը սակավաթիվ էր, նույն կոնտինգենտը ստիպված էին տեղից տեղ տեղափոխել:

Ըստ նրա՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորված ուժ չի կարող մեծամասնություն ունենալուն հավակնել և այն ուժերը, որոնք կապվում են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ, խորհրդարան անցնելու շանսեր չունեն, ուստի հետընտրական դաշինք էլ կազմել չի կարողանա:
