ՀՀ գյուղերի հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական ԶՈւ-ի կրակոցները հանցավոր բնույթի են, իրական վտանգ են ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակիչների ֆիզիկական անվտանգության, խաղաղ կյանքի և այլ կենսական իրավունքների համար. Թաթոյան

2021 թվականի հունիսի 10-ին (այսօր)` ժամը 16:30-ի սահմաններում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը սկսել են կրակել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վերին Շորժա և Կութ գյուղերի հարևանությամբ: Կրակոցները դադարել են միայն ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում: ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը հայտնում է, որ ահազանգեր է ստացել նշված գյուղերից, և դրանք ստուգմամբ հաստատվել են:

Անգամ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ գյուղերի բնակիչների ահազանգերի ընթացքում լսվել են կրակոցներ:

Կրակոցները գյուղերում եղել են պարզ լսելի: Առավել ուժգին լսելի են եղել Կութ և Վերին Շորժա գյուղերի արոտավայրերում (սարատեղիներ):

ՀՀ գյուղերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանական կրակոցները հանցավոր բնույթի են, իրական վտանգ են ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակիչների կյանքի, ֆիզիկական անվտանգության, խաղաղ կյանքի և այլ կենսական իրավունքների համար:

Ակնհայտ է, որ ադրբեջանական կրակոցները, ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների կենդանիների գողությունները  սոցիալական, այդ թվում` կենսական վնասներ են հասցնում ՀՀ սահմանային բնակչությանը: Պետք է հաշվի առնել նաև ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակիչներին` հովիվներին զենքի ցուցադրումով տրվող սպառնալիքները, հովիվներին քաշքշելը, խփելը, հայհոյանքը և այլն:

Սյս բոլոր դեպքերը հաստատվել են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հավաքած ապացույցներով:

Ադրբեջանական այսօրվա կրակոցների փաստը հաստատել է նաև ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն: Դրանք դադարել են միայն ՀՀ զինված ուժերի կրակից հետո:

Այս ամենը տեղի է ունենում այն պայմաններում, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները 2021թ. մայիսի 12-ից սկսած կեղծ քարտեզների վկայակոչմամբ ապօրինաբար ներխուժել են ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք` Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի կողմից:

Նշված արարքները պետք է դիտարկել միասնական հանցավոր դիտավորության մեջ:

ՀՀ բնակչության իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի հանցավոր արարքներից բացարձակ հրատապությամբ պահանջում է անվտանգության գոտու առկայություն:
