Իսպանիայի վարչապետը կարծում է, որ այլ երկրների, մասնավորապես ՝ Լատինական Ամերիկայի քաղաքացիները, որոնք պատվաստվել են Եվրոպական դեղամիջոցների գործակալության կողմից չճանաչված պատվաստանյութերով, ներառյալ «Սպուտնիկ V»-ով, պետք է կարողանան մուտք գործել ԵՄ երկրներ: Այս մասին գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունը:

«Մենք ԵՄ-ում քննարկում ենք այս հարցը, մենք պետք է ելնենք ողջամտությունից: Նույնիսկ եթե դրանք եվրոպական մայրցամաքում չճանաչված պատվաստանյութեր են (նկատի ունի ԵՄ-ն), ես համարձակվում եմ ասել, որ դրանք ակնհայտորեն պատվաստանյութեր են, և հետևաբար դրանք չպետք է խոչընդոտ լինեն մայրցամաքների միջև ճանապարհորդելու կամ, այս դեպքում, եվրոպական մայրցամաք այցելելու համար»,-ասել է Սանչեսը Բուենոս Այրեսում Արգենտինայի նախագահ Ալբերտո Ֆերնանդեսի հետ համատեղ ասուլիսում ՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե Իսպանիան թույլ կտա՞ արդյոք «Սպուտնիկ V»-ով պատվաստված արգենտինացիներին մուտք գործել երկիր:
