Եկել է փակագծերը բացելու ժամանակը. Սուրիկ Խաչատրյան

Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանը ֆեյբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Իմ շատ սիրելի՛ սյունեցիներ

Գիտեմ, որ  շատերիդ համար անակնկալ էր վերջին օրերին  Հայաստանում և հատկապես Սյունիքում  տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ իմ լռությունը, բայց հիմա եկել է փակագծեր բացելու ժամանակը։  

Ես,  որպես հրամանատար, 90-ական թվականներին   իմ հաղթական ուղին, գումարտակիս  հետ, կառուցել եմ ազնիվ նվիրումով և կարելի է ասել հենց այս նույն իրավիճակից, հասնելով մինչև Ջրական (Ջաբրայիլ)։ Միշտ եղել եմ հայրենիքիս և սյունեցիներիս կողքին։ Բայց եկավ մի պահ, երբ առողջական խնդիրներով մեկնեցի արտերկիր։ Ներկայիս ղեկավարությունն ամեն ինչ արեց, որ Հայաստան վերադարձի դռները փակի իմ առջև։ Մեկնելուց հետո, երբ ես գտնվում էի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում, ինձ դեմ շինծու քրեական գործ հարուցվեց, որը ոչ մի աղերս չուներ իրականության հետ և մինչ այսօր դեռ ապացուցված էլ չէ։ 

Հարուցված շինծու քրեական հետապնդումը երկու անգամ  դադարեցնելու իմ փորձերը  մերժվեցին։ Մերժվեցի, քանզի մարդիկ, ովքեր ղեկավարում են մեր սուրբ երկիրը, բնավ շահագռգիռ չեն մեր նրա  ապագայով։  Ես նույնիսկ պատրաստ էի շինծու մեղադրանքի այդ  5 մլն դրամը վճարել, և պատերազմի ժամանակ և հետո լինել հայրենիքում, սակայն ապարդյուն։ Նրանց նպատակը ինձ հեռացնելն էր Հայաստանի և հատկապես Սյունիքի պաշտպանության գործընթացից։ Այս պահին ես արտերկրում եմ։ Թեև բուժանձնակազմը ինձ  ինքնաթիռով թռիչքներ չի թույլատրում, սակայն ես պատրաստ եմ անտեսել ամեն ինչ ու վերադառնալ հայրենիք։ Ուզում եմ ասել, որ իրոք մղկտում է սիրտս ստեղծված իրավիճակից, ուզում եմ հիշեցնել, որ ես չեմ հեռացել ձեզանից, ես միշտ կամ ու կլինեմ ձեր կողքին։

Այսօր, առավել քան երբևէ,   ես վստահ եմ, որ մեր երկրին իմ վերջին առաքելությունը  լինելու է հենց Սյունիքի արժանապատիվ խաղաղության ապահովումը, որ  մեր սերունդները կրկին ապրեն  հաղթանակած երկրում, գլուխները բարձր, ու ձիգ մեջքով։ Այն միտքը որ մենք կրկին ունենալու ենք արժանապատիվ խաղաղություն, ապագայի մասին իմ միակ տեսլականն է։

Սիրելի՛ սյունեցիներ 
Ցանկությունս է հունիսի 20-ին կատարեք ճիշտ ընտրություն, միանշանակ մերժեք այս իշխանությանը, ովքեր մատաղ արեցին մեր որդիներին, ովքեր հետո նույնիսկ չգնահատեցին նրանց սխրանքները, ովքեր վերջ դրեցին մեր փառավոր հաղթանակներին։

Ես,  լինելով Հանրապետական կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ, ինչու չէ նաև ՀՀԿ խմբակցության հիմնադիրը Սյունիքում, կոչ եմ անում բոլորիդ քվեարկել «Պատիվ ունեմ» դաշինքի օգտին։
