ՍԱՊԾ-ն խորհրդաժողով է անցկացրել Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության համաշխարհային օրը

ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր ասամբլեան 2018թ. հունիսի 7-ը հռչակել է Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության համաշխարհային օր, որի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը կազմակերպել է խորհրդաժողով։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարությանը ենթակա սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, խորհրդաժողովն անցկացվել է  «Անասնապահության զարգացում Հայաստանի հարավում» ծրագրի աջակցությամբ, որն իրականացվում է «Ռազմավարական զարգացման գործակալություն» հասարակական կազմակերպության կողմից՝ «Շվեյցարիայի զարգացման և համագործակցության գործակալության» ֆինանսավորմամբ:

«Միջոցառումն ուներ մասնակիցների ընդգրկուն կազմ: Մասնակցում էին ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության, ՄԱԿ-ի Պարենի և գյուղատնտեսության կազմակերպության, Արդյունաբերական զարգացման կազմակերպության, Պարենի համաշխարհային ծրագրի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության առևտրային պալատի, երկրի բարձրագույն կրթական, գիտական և լաբորատոր ոլորտների, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, և, իհարկե, ՍԱՏՄ և ՌԶԳ ՀԿ  ներկայացուցիչներ»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ ՍԱՏՄ ղեկավար Գեորգի Ավետիսյանը, ողջունելով և շնորհավորելով մասնակիցներին, շեշտել է, որ այս ոլորտում արդյունք ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ է մանկուց սերմանել վերաբերմունքը սննդի նկատմամբ՝ երեխաների մեջ արմատավորելով անվտանգ սննդամթերք ընտրելու և օգտագործելու սկզբունքները: Նա կարևորել է պարենային ապահովության խնդիրը, նշել, որ պարենի հասանելիության խնդիր ունեցող երկրներում սննդամթերքի անվտանգության մասին խոսելն, իհարկե, ժամանակավրեպ է, և գոհունակությամբ արձանագրել, որ Հայաստանը կենսունակ և պարենային ապահովություն ունեցող երկիր է, որտեղ  սննդամթերքի անվտանգությանը տրվում է խիստ կարևորություն և որտեղ վերահսկման մեխանիզմները գործում և կատարելագործվում են:

ՍԱՊԾ-ից հայտնում են, որ ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Տիգրան Գաբրիելյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը սննդամթերքի անվտանգությունը համարում է առաջնահերթություն, երկրի ամենահրատապ ու ժամանակակից լուծումներ պահանջող խնդիրներից մեկը, և մտադիր է ավելի ակտիվ քայլեր ձեռնարկել պարենային ապահովության, վերահսկող կառույցների ամրապնդման, մասնագետների հմտությունների զարգացման, սննդի շղթայի ռիսկերը գնահատելու համար ինստիտուցիոնալ կառույցների հզորությունների ավելացման ուղղությամբ:

Խորհրդաժողովի մասնակից-մասնագետները ներկայացրել են սննդամթերքի անվտանգությունը կրթական ծրագրերում, իրենց կազմակերպությունների կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերն ու հեռանկարները, սննդամթերքի անվտանգության հիմնախնդիրները, նոր առաջացող ռիսկերը, դրանց դեմ պայքարելու հնարավոր ուղղություններն ու աշխատանքների համակարգված իրականացումը թե տեղական, թե միջազգային մակարդակներում:

Յուրաքանչյուր տարի աշխարհում ամեն 10 մարդուց մեկը (600 մլն բնակչի հաշվով) հիվանդանում, իսկ 420,000 մարդ մահանում է միկրոբներով, վիրուսներով, մակաբույծներով և քիմիական նյութերով աղտոտված սննդամթերք օգտագործելուց հետո։ Վտանգավոր սննդամթերքը նաև խոչընդոտում է ցածր և միջին եկամուտ ունեցող տնտեսությունների զարգացմանը։
