Ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողները զբաղված են ՀՀ բնակիչների եղջերավոր կենդանիների գողություններով, ինչը կենսական վնասներ են հասցնում ՀՀ սահմանային բնակչությանը. ՀՀ ՄԻՊ

Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում անդրադառնում է հայ–ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող իրադրությանը։ Հայտարարությունում ասվում է․

«Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի մարզերի սահմանային գյուղերի հարևանությամբ տեղակայված ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները զբաղված են ՀՀ բնակիչների եղջերավոր կենդանիների գողություններով:

Օրինակ` նրանք 2021թ. հունիսի 5-ին գողացել և մինչ օրս չեն վերադարձրել Կութ գյուղի հովվի 80-ից ավելի եղջերավոր կենդանիները։ Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ճշտած տվյալներով` այդ կենդանիները պատկանում են Կութ գյուղի 5 ընտանիքի:

Խոսքը, մասնավորապես, հունիսի 5-ի միջադեպի է, երբ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը 30 րոպե տևողությամբ կրակահերթ էին արձակել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գեղամասար համայնքի Կութ գյուղի հովվի ուղղությամբ, որը տևել էր մոտ։ Հովիվը կարողացել էր ձիով փախուստի դիմել, սակայն կրակահերթից ձիու ոտքը վնասվել էր: Ավելին, այդ ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինվորականները հովվի եղջերավոր կենդանիներից 4-ին կրակահերթով սպանել էին։

Պետք է ավելացնել ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների կողմից 2021թ. հունիսի 6-ին Գեղարքունիքի Վարդենիս համայնքի Վերին Շորժա գյուղի արոտավայրում շուրջ 20 ձի գողանալու փորձը, Սյունիքի Տեղ համայնքի Արավուս գյուղում մայիսի 23-ին, Խնածախ գյուղում մայիսի 29-ին եղջերավոր կենդանիների գողության կամ կենդանիներ մասամբ այդպես էլ չվերադարձնելու դեպքերը և այլն:

Ակնհայտ է, որ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների կողմից ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների պատկանող կենդանիների գողությունները սոցիալական, այդ թվում` կենսական վնասներ են հասցնում ՀՀ սահմանային բնակչությանը: Այս գյուղերում մարդկանց զբաղմունքը և ապրուստը հոգալու, ընտանիքի եկամուտը վաստակելու հիմնական կամ միակ միջոցը անասնապահությունն է:

Պետք է հաշվի առնել նաև նրանց կողմից ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակիչներին` հովիվներին զենքի ցուցադրումով տրվող սպառնալիքները, հովիվներին քաշքշելը, խփելը, հայհոյանքը և այլն:

Այս բոլոր դեպքերը հաստատվել են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հավաքած ապացույցներով:

Եվ այս ամենը տեղի է ունենում այն պայմաններում, որ նրանք մայիսի 12-ից սկսած կեղծ քարտեզների վկայակոչմամբ ապօրինաբար ներխուժել են ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք:
