Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ծառայողներն այսօր ցերեկը փորձել են գողանալ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վերին Շորժա գյուղի արոտավայրի հովվի շուրջ 20 ձի. ՄԻՊ

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի այսօրվա փաստահավաք աշխատանքները պարզել են, որ 2021թ. հունիսի 6-ին`ժամը 13:30-ի սահմաններում, ադրբեջանական զինվորական ծառայողները փորձել են գողանալ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենիս համայնքի Վերին Շորժայի արոտավայրի հովվի (սարատեղիի բնակիչ) շուրջ 20 ձի: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջից:

«Մասնավորապես, հովվի 20 ձիերը, արածելով, մի փոքր մոտեցել են ադրբեջանական այն դիրքերին, որոնք ապօրինի տեղակայված են ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում:

Ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողներն, օգտվելով առիթից, ձիերին ընդառաջ իջել են արոտավայրի ուղղությամբ և փորձել են գողանալ բոլոր ձիերը:

ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ծառայողների արձակած կրակի շնորհիվ է կանխվել արբեջանական զինծառայողների գողության փորձը:

Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել Վարդենիս համայնքի Վերին Շորժայի արոտավայրում: Այստեղ սեզոնային՝ գարնան, ամռան և աշնան ամիսներին բնակվում են քաղաքացիական բնակիչներ և արոտավայրում արածեցնում իրենց մանր ու խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիներին (այս վայրերն ընդունված է անվանել սարատեղիներ):

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի փաստահավաք աշխատանքները շարունակաբար հաստատում են, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների նկատմամբ դրսևորում են բացահայտ հանցավոր արարքներ:

Նրանք, փաստորեն, ուղիղ դիտավորությամբ կրակ են բացում ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչության նկատմամբ` կյանքի և այլ կենսական իրավունքներից, անասնապահությամբ զբաղվելու և ընտանիքի եկամուտը վաստակելու հնարավորությունից զրկելու նպատակով:

Գեղարքունիքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակիչների նկատմամբ այս հանցավոր արարքները սկսվել են, երբ նրանք մայիսի 12-ից սկսած կեղծ քարտեզների վկայակոչմամբ ապօրինաբար ներխուժել են ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք:

Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի այս հանցավոր արարքները պետք է դիտարկել միասնական դիտավորության մեջ` հաշվի առնելով այն, որ նրանք նույն արարքները կատարում են նաև ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի սահմանային գյուղերի, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի այլ գյուղերի բնակիչների` հովիվների նկատմամբ:

Շարունակական փաստահավաք աշխատանքներն ակնհայտ են վկայում, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի` ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքները կոպիտ խախտող այս արարքները կապված են ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հովանավորչությամբ հայատյաց ու թշնամանքի քաղաքականության հետ:
