Միջազգային հանրությունը չի ներքաշվելու հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագծի պահպանությանը, քանի որ դա ՀՀ իշխանության գործառույթն է. Սուրեն Սարգսյան (տեսանյութ)

Մեզ պե՞տք է, որ Մինսկի խումբը զբաղվի հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագծմամբ, ի վերջո՝ դա Արցախի հետ կապ չունեցող գործընթաց է, Հայաստանի կողմից որևէ համարժեք արձագանք չկա այս հարցին. Հայաստանը կարող էր այլ շահագրգիռ կողմերի էլ, օրինակ՝ Իրանին, ներառել այս գործընթացում: «Արմնյուզ» ՀԸ «#ՕրաԽնդիր» հաղորդման ժամանակ նման կարծիք է հայտնել միջազգայնագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանը:

«Հայտնի չէ՝ կա՞ որևէ պետական ռազմավարություն, իշխանությունը չի հասկանում՝ ո՞ւր է գնում, ի՞նչ է ուզում ստանալ։ Մենք գիտե՞նք՝ Արցախի հարցում ինչ դիրքորոշում ունենք՝ ճանաչո՞ւմ ենք, եթե այո՝ ի՞նչ սահմաններով։ Քանի որ իրավիճակն անհասկանալի է, յուրաքանչյուրը փորձում է իր շահերից բխող գործընթաց նախաձեռնել։ Եթե չկա բանակ, անվտանգություն, դիմում են այլ պետությունների, որոնք փորձում են հասկանալ՝ ի՞նչ կարող են ստանալ այստեղից»,- ասել է միջազգայնագետը:

Ըստ Սարգսյանի՝ ՌԴ-ն փորձում է իրականացնել իր դաշնակցային պարտավորությունները, բայց Հայաստանի իշխանություններն արգելակում են այդ գործընթացը. «Արդեն գիտենք, որ հնարավորություն է եղել պատերազմն ավելի վաղ կանգնեցնելու։ Միգուցե հիմա ևս ռուսները վարչապետին հերթական առաջարկն են արել, որը նա մերժե՞լ է։ Այս պահին մեր սուվերենությունն ամենացածր մակարդակի վրա է անկախ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ։ Նույնիսկ խորհրդային տարիներին հայ առաջնորդները դժվարին որոշումներ են կորզել Մոսկվայից, և անգամ խորհրդային Հայաստանում մեր սուվերենությունն ավելի բարձր էր»:

Փորձագետի կարծիքով՝ Թուրքիայի նպատակը Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելն է, այստեղ պետք է լինեն կա՛մ ռուսները, կա՛մ թուրքերը. «Ադրբեջանցիները պնդեցին, թե ռուսական «Իսկանդեր» է կիրառվել իրենց նկատմամբ, հետևաբար պահանջ դրին՝ կա՛մ ռուս խաղաղապահները պիտի դուրս գան, կա՛մ թուրքերն էլ պիտի տեղակայվեն։ Թուրքիան փորձում է ամեն ինչ անել մեր տարածաշրջանում հնարավորինս լայն ներգրավում ունենալու համար, ինչպես, օրինակ, Վրաստանում է։ ԵՄ-ն և ՆԱՏՕ-ն Թուրքիային են տվել այս տարածաշրջանին վերևից նայողի դերը, Ադրբեջանն ու Վրաստանը նրա վերահսկողության ներքո են, մնացել է Հայաստանը»:

Սուրեն Սարգսյանի պնդմամբ՝ այս պատերազմի արդյունքներից դժգոհ են բոլորը՝ և՛ Ադրբեջանը, քանի որ Արցախի մի մասն իրենցը չէ, և՛ ռուսները, քանի որ ուզում էին առնվազն նախկին ԼՂԻՄ-ի տարածքում զորք ունենալ, և՛ Իրանը, քանի որ Ադրբեջանի հետ նոր սահմանի երկայնքով իսրայելական ԱԹՍ-ներ են թռչում. «Հայ-իրանական սահմանն Իրանի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջև միակ ցամաքային սահմանն է։ Միջանցք բացելուց հետո ի՞նչ է լինելու Սյունիքի հետ։ Իսկ եթե մի օր ադրբեջանցիները կանգնեցնեն ավտոշարասյուները և հայտարարեն, թե մուտքը հարավ արգելվո՞ւմ է»:
