Պարզվել է «Մոսկվա» կինոթատրոնի դիմաց սպանված տղամարդու ինքնությունը (տեսանյութ, լուսանկարներ)

2021թ. հունիսի 2-ին՝ ժամը 10:58-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Աբովյան փողոցում գտնվող «Մոսկվա» կինոթատրոնի դիմաց սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել: Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը և Երևան քաղաքի Աբովյան 7 հասցեի դիմաց՝ ճանապարհի երթևեկելի հատվածում, հայտնաբերել տղամարդու դի՝ գլխի շրջանում հրազենային վնասվածքով: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Քննչական կոմիտեն:

Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ սպանության և ապօրինի կերպով զենք ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, կրելու հատկանիշներով:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների հետ ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է հրազենային մահացու վիրավորում ստացած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Գավառ քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1971թ.:

Կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է կրակված պարկուճ, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, հարցաքննվել են դեպքին ականատես մի շարք վկաներ, քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաձգաբանական, դիակի դատաբժշկական և դատագենետիկական փորձաքննություններ:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
