Լոռու մարզի գյուղերի բնակիչները հետ են վերադարձնում հողերը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Միգրացիոն քաղաքականության մշակման միջազգային կենտրոնի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի հաղորդակցման գծով պատասխանատու Իննա Գալոյանն ամփոփելով անցյալ շաբաթ մարզեր կատարած ճանաչողական այցի արդյունքները, «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ շատ համայնքների ղեկավարներ նույնիսկ չեն էլ հասկացել, թե վարչապետի հանձնարարականով տեղերում համայնքային բիզնես ծրագրեր ասվածն ինչ է, ինչ նպատակ ունի, ինչպես պետք է համայնքը մասնակցի այդ ծրագրին և ընդհանրապես ինչ է իրենցից ուզում կառավարությունը: Այցի նպատակն է եղել պարզել նաև, թե ինչպիսին են միգրացիայի ծավալները, ինչքան մարդ է բացակայում գյուղերից, ինչպես են ապրում տեղի բնակիչները, ինչ խնդիրներ ունեն և այլն: Լոռու մարզի 4–5 գյուղերի գյուղացիների և համայնքապետերի հետ շփումներից պարզվել է, որ ընդհանուր վիճակն այնքան էլ լավ չէ և այն ընտանիքները, որոնք չունեն արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնածներ, ավելի վատ վիճակում են գտնվում, քան աշխատանքային միգրանտ ունեցող ընտանիքները:

«Եթե փորձենք ընդհանուր ներկայացնել, ապա վիճակը այդքան էլ լավ չէր: Խայտառակ վիճակում էին նաև գյուղեր տանող ճանապարհները: Գյուղացիների մոտ գումար չկար, իսկ գյուղերում՝ աշխատանք: Դրա պատճառով էլ տղամարդիկ հիմնականում մեկնում են այլ երկրներ»,– ասաց Ի.Գալոյանը: Դարպաս, Գուգարք, Մարգահովիտ, Շահումյան համայնքներում գյուղացիները հիմնականում հետ են վերադարձնում հողերը, քանի որ տեխնիկա և գումար չունեն հողերը մշակելու համար: Երիտասարդների մեծ մասը Ռուսաստանում են, իսկ հայրենի գյուղ են վերադառնում միայն ձմռան ամիսներին, երբ այնտեղ գործ չկա: Մարգահովիտի համայնքապետ Սամվել Անանյանի տեղեկացմամբ ՝ գյուղի 80%–ը աշխատանքային միգրանտներ են:

Դարպասի գյուղապետ Սամվել Ավետյանն էլ տեղեկացրեց, որ իրենց գյուղում գերադասում են ընդհանրապես չաշխատել, քան ցածր վարձատրվող աշխատանք ունենալ:
