Իմ շատ սիրելի՛ փոքրիկներ,

սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ կարևոր այս տոնի՝ Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ: Երեխաները մեր կյանքի իմաստն են, մեզ ապրեցնող գերբնական ուժն ու մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի սրբազան պարտքն է նրանց համար բարեկեցիկ ու լուսավոր ապագա կառուցելու համար անել հնարավոր ու անհնարին ամեն բան: Յուրաքանչյուր տարի այս օրը հայ մանուկներին ուղղվող մեր ավանդական բարեմաղթանքների ու ցանկությունների շարքում այսօր առաջին հերթին մենք պարտավոր ենք խոստանալ նրանց ժառանգել անվտանգ ու ամուր սահմաններով հայրենիք: Գիտեմ, որ յուրաքանչյուր ծնող իր զավակի համար անում է հնարավոր ու անհնարին ամեն բան՝ նրան լավ կրթություն, լավ դաստիարակություն տալու և նրա համար լավ ապագա կերտելու համար, սակայն այդ ամենն այլևս անկարևոր է դառնում, երբ դու չունես հայրենիք: Հենց հայրենի սահմանների պաշտպանությամբ ենք մենք այսօր պարտավոր ապահովել սեփական երկրում մեծանալու, կրթվելու և մեր երկրի համար լավ մասնագետներ դառնալու մեր երեխաների ապագան: Հենց այս օրը մենք ևս մեկ անգամ պետք է գլուխ խոնարհենք և հարգանքի տուրք մատուցենք բոլոր այն լուսավոր տղաների հիշատակի առաջ, ովքեր իրենց կյանքը զոհեցին հանուն հայրենիքի պաշտպանության: Հավերժ փա՛ռք ու հիշատա՛կ:
Պարզ է, որ մեր երկրին բաժին հասած փորձություններն անհնարին են դարձնում լուսավոր այս տոնը հավուր պատշաճի նշելը, սակայն մենք բոլորս նաև մեր մանուկների առջև պարտք ունենք կատարելու: Մենք պարտավոր ենք ապրել ու ապրեցնել…
Սիրելի՛ փոքրիկներ, ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով այս հրաշալի տոնի առթիվ՝ բոլորիդ մաղթում եմ անամպ ու անհոգ մանկություն, հարատև խաղաղություն, նորանոր նվաճումներ ու ձեռքբերումներ ազատ, անկախ, անվտանգ ու հզոր հայրենիքում:
