ԵՄ-ն բարդացնում է Շենգենյան վիզաների ստացման կանոնները

Եվրամիության խորհուրդը փոփոխություններ է կատարել վիզաների տեղեկատվական համակարգում (VIS)`օտարերկրացիների համար խստացնելով շենգենյան կարճաժամկետ վիզաների ստացումը: Այս մասին ասված է խորհրդի կայքում տարածված հայտարարության մեջ:

«Ի պատասխան միգրացիայի և անվտանգության փոփոխվող խնդիրներին՝ ԵՄ-ն բարելավում է իր մուտքի արտոնագրերի տեղեկատվական համակարգը (VIS) և ընդունում փոփոխություններ դրանում»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Կանոնակարգում փոփոխության հիմնական նպատակներն են կարճաժամկետ վիզայի ընթացակարգի անվտանգության հետագա բարձրացումը, VIS տվյալների բազայում երկարաժամկետ մուտքի արտոնագրերի և կացության թույլտվությունների ներառումը և VIS-ի ու ԵՄ համապատասխան այլ համակարգերի, ԵՄ տվյալների բազաների միջև փոխգործակցության ապահովումը:

Նոր կանոնների համաձայն`դիմում ներկայացնելիս վիզայի համար լուսանկար պետք է արվի, այդ թվում`մինչև 6 տարեկան երեխաների համար: Նախապես արված լուսանկարը կարող է կցվել փաստաթղթերի փաթեթին, բայց դրա անհրաժեշտությունը որոշելու է մուտքի երկիրը:

Շենգենյան վիզայի համար մատնահետքեր պետք է ներկայացնեն 6-75 տարեկան անձինք: Դիմորդների կենսաչափական տվյալները պահվում են տվյալների բազայում 5 տարի, ինչպես հիմա է՝ բացառությամբ 12 տարեկանից ցածր երեխաներինը. վիզայի ժամկետի ավարտից հետո նրանց մատնահետքերը կջնջվեն: Իրավապահ մարմինները հնարավորություն կունենան մուտք ունենալ այն քաղաքացիների տվյալների բազա, որոնց 14 տարին լրացած է (նախկինում ՝ 18 տարեկան):
