Եթե Սոթքից Խոզնավար սահմանային գծում տեղակայվեն միջազգային դիտորդներ, ապա ադրբեջանցիները կկաշառեն դիտորդներին, և սահմանը, հողերը օրինական ձևով կամաց-կամաց կգնեն. Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Արաբո» ջոկատի հրամանատար Մանվել Եղիազարյանն՝ անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ ԱԽ նիստի ժամանակ հնչեցրած առաջարկությանը, որ Սոթքից Խոզնավար սահմանային հատվածի երկու կողմերի զինվորական ստորաբաժանումները հեռանան սահմանից, սահմանագծի երկայնքով Ռուսաստանը կամ ԵԱՀԿ ներկայացնող դիտորդները տեղակայվեն, որի հետո տեղի կունենա սահմանային կետերի ճշգրտման աշխատանքներ:

«Քանի տարի էին իբր դիտորդները դիտում՝ ընտրություններն օրինակա՞ն է, թե ոչ: Դիտորդները տարիներ շարունակ խաբում էին և ասում՝ ընտրություններն անցավ օրենքի սահմաններում, կեցցե՛ ՀՀ Սահմանադրությունը: Նույն կերպ այդ դիտորդներին կբերեն, կտեղավորեն ՀՀ սահմանի մոտ, ադրբեջանցիները գումար կտան և նրանք կամաց -կամաց հետ կքաշվեն, մինչև Զանգեզուրը կտան և կասեն՝ դա Ադրբեջանի հողերն է: Իսկ մերոնք գումար չեն ծախսի, որ կկաշառեն դիտորդներին, քանի որ իրենց հայրենիք պետք չէ, մենք դժբախտ ժողովուրդ ենք»,- ընդգծեց նա:

Եղիազարյանը նշում է՝ ադրբեջանցիները միշտ գումարով են կարողացել հարցերը լուծել, և հիմա էլ դրա համար գումար չեն խնայելու, քանի որ նպատակ են դրել հայերին այս տարածքից դուրս հանել:

«Ես զարմացած եմ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասում է՝ Սև լճի 30 տոկոսի համար մենք պատերազմ չենք հրահրելու, ապրես, ուրեմն Զանգեզուրի 30 տոկոսի համար էլ չարժի պատերազմ հրահրել, ինչների՞ս է պետք Զանգեզուրը: Եթե վախենում ես, գերի հանձնվի, մենք էլ կպրծնենք, եթե վախենում եք, հրաժարական տվեք, ինչի՞ եք աթոռից կառչել, գնա, ինքնասպան եղիր, սա հայրենիք է՝ վախկոտների տեղը չէ»:

Խոսելով մայիսի 12-ին Սյունիքի և Գեղարքունիքի հատվածում ադրբեջանցիների ներխուժման, երկար ժամանակ տևող բանակցությունների հարցին և այն պնդմանը, որ ադրբեջանցիների մուտքը չեն կանխել՝ պատերազմից խուսափելու համար, Եղիազարյանն ասաց, որ  Հայաստանի պետական սահմանը խախտվելու դեպքում, այդ անձիք պետք է գնդակահարվեին կամ գերի վերցվեին և փոխանակվեին հայ գերիների հետ, սակայն ինչպես տեսանք՝ ինժեներական գործ անող զինվորներին մեր հողից ադրբեջանցիները գերեվարեցին. «Եթե դուք հակառակորդի սահմանն անցնել վախենում եք, ապա մեր սահմանը պարտավոր եք պաշտպանել: Այդ ամենն արվում է նրա համար, որ կամաց -կամաց բերեն, հասցնեն Զանգեզուրի ավարտին, եթե իհարկե երկար մնան աթոռին: Եթե ինքը վախենում է, թող վստահի մեզ և կտեսնի՝ ինչքան արագ ադրբեջանցիներին դուրս կշպրտենք։ Այս ամենի պատճառը վախը չէ, մեկ ուրիշ բան կա, միգուցե գումար»:
