Նավալնիի նկատմամբ 3-րդ քրեական գործն է հարուցվել

Հետաքննությունը երրորդ քրեական գործն է հարուցել ռուս ընդդիմադիր գործիչ Ալեքսեյ Նավալնիի դեմ ՝ դատավորին վիրավորելու համար: Այս մասին գրում է «Ինտերֆաքս» գործակալությունը:

«Ներկայում Նավալնիի նկատմամբ քննվում է երեք քրեական գործ, վերջինը հարուցվել է «դատարանի նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք» հոդվածով, որը արտահայտվել է դատավորին վիրավորելով: Բոլոր քրեական գործերով  Նավալնին անցնում է որպես կասկածյալ»,-ասել է Նավալնիի փաստաբան Օլգա Միխայլովան` պատասխանելով գործակալության հարցին:

Նավալնին կասկածվում է դատավոր Վերա Ակիմովային վիրավորելու համար, որն ընդդիմադիր գործչին մեղավոր էր ճանաչել վետերանին զրպարտելու համար:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Նավալնիի ինստագրամյան էջը տեղեկացնում է, որ նախօրեին իր մոտ է եկել «Ռուսաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի գլխավոր քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննիչը», որը նրան տեղեկացրել է 3 քրեական գործերի քննության մասին: Նրա խոսքերով ՝ գործերը քննում է 21 քննիչ:

Հրապարակման մեջ նշվում է, որ քննիչը Նավալնիին չի բացատրել, թե ինչպես է նա վիրավորել դատավորին: Ընդդիմադիրը չի ընդունում իր մեղքը և իր նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը համարում է քաղաքականապես մոտիվացված:

Մարտի կեսից Նավալնին գտնվում է Վլադիմիրի մարզի Պոկրով քաղաքի մոտակայքում գտնվող Ռուսաստանի Դաշնային քրեակատարողական ծառայության թիվ 2 ուղղիչ գաղութում, որտեղ նա պատիժ է կրում  Իվ Ռոշեի գործով:

Նավալնիի նկատմամբ ներկայում քննվում է նաև իր կողմից հիմնադրված հակակոռուպցիոն հիմնադրամին (Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում որպես օտարերկրյա գործակալ ճանաչված) նվիրատվությունների յուրացման դեպքերի և քաղաքացիների անհատականությունն ու իրավունքները ոտնահարող շահույթ չհետապնդող կազմակերպություն ստեղծելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ քրեական գործեր:
