«Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահ, նորին գերազանցություն Իլհամ Ալիևին

Հարգելի պարոն Նախագահ, 

Ամերիկացի ժողովրդի անունից Ձեզ և Ադրբեջանի ժողովրդին փոխանցում եմ իմ սրտանց ողջույններն ու շնորհավորանքները մայիսի 28-ի`Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ:

Այս տարի լրանում է 1991 թվականին Ադրբեջանի անկախության վերականգնման 30-ամյակը: Այս ընթացքում Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությունը, ամրապնդելով կապերը մեր ժողովուրդների միջև, միասին աշխատել են անվտանգության, էներգետիկայի և ժողովրդավարական կառավարման հարցերի շուրջ:

Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները վճռականորեն աջակցում է Եվրոպայի էներգետիկ դիվերսիֆիկացման գործում Ադրբեջանի ներդրմանը` անցյալ տարի Հարավային գազային միջանցքի շահագործման հանձնման և Թուրքմենստանի հետ Կասպից ծովում հանքավայրի համատեղ հետախուզման և զարգացման վերաբերյալ ստորագրված փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի շնորհիվ: Մենք երախտապարտ ենք Ադրբեջանին Աֆղանստանում ՆԱՏՕ-ի առաքելությանը և ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում նրա ջանքերին ցուցաբերած 20 տարվա աջակցության համար: Որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ՝ մենք հավատարիմ ենք մնում օգնելու բանակցել հակամարտության երկարաժամկետ քաղաքական լուծմանը հասնելու համար:

Հուսով ենք, որ մեկ տարի անց Ադրբեջանը կհաղթահարի դժվարությունները և կդառնա էլ ավելի բարեկեցիկ պետություն՝ մարդու իրավունքների և հիմնարար ազատությունների և հարևանների հետ խաղաղ գոյակցության շնորհիվ:
