ՄԱԿ-ը Բելառուսի իշխանություններին կոչ է արել կատարել միջազգային պարտավորությունները

ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը մտահոգված է Բելառուսում մարդու իրավունքների հետ կապված իրավիճակով և կոչ է անում իշխանություններին կատարել միջազգային պարտավորությունները, այդ թվում`խոսքի ազատության և հավաքների ազատության իրավունքի ապահովման առումով: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Ստեֆան Դյուժարիկը, գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունը:

«ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր քարտուղարը խորը մտահոգություն է հայտնում անցյալ օգոստոսին կայացած նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո Բելառուսում մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում իրավիճակի վատթարացման կապակցությամբ: Նա կոչ է արել Բելառուսի իշխանություններին ամբողջությամբ կատարել բոլոր միջազգային պարտավորությունները, ներառյալ խոսքի ազատության և հավաքների ազատության իրավունքի ապահովման առումով»,- ասել է Դյուժարիկը:

«ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը խորապես մտահոգված է մայիսի 23-ին Բելառուսում ուղևորատար ինքնաթիռի ակնհայտ հարկադրված վայրէջքով և դրանում գտնվող բելառուս լրագրող պարոն Ռոման Պրոտասևիչի կալանավորմամբ»,- ավելացրել է ներկայացուցիչը:

Նրա խոսքով` Գուտերեշը սատարում է այս միջադեպի լիարժեք, թափանցիկ և անկախ հետաքննության կոչերին և կոչ է անում բոլոր համապատասխան խաղացողներին համագործակցել այս հետաքննության հետ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ryanair ավիաընկերության Boeing 737-800 օդանավը, որն իրականացնելիս է եղել Աթենք-Վիլնյուս չվերթը, մայիսի 23-ին արտակարգ վայրէջք է կատարել Մինսկում: Օդանավի վայրէջքից հետո օդանավակայանում ձերբակալվել է չվերթի ուղևորներից մեկը` բելառուսական ընդդիմադիր NEXTA թելեգրամյան ալիքի համահիմնադիր Ռոման Պրոտասևիչը: Վերջինիս 15 տարվա ազատազրկում է սպառնում: Նրա նկատմամբ գործ է հարուցվել զանգվածային անկարգություններին մասնակցելու համար:
