Թե՛ Տավուշի անկլավների, թե՛ Տիգարանաշենի հատվածում այսօր առկա սահմաններն ի շահ ՀՀ-ի են․ ռազմավարական տեսակետից ներկա սահմանագծի պահպանումը Տավուշում անհրաժեշտություն է․ պատմաբան

Խորհրդային տարիների հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագիծը փաստող բազմաթիվ քարտեզներ են առկա, դրանց մեջ կան ինչպես պաշտոնական, այնպես էլ քարտեզների նախագծեր կամ սևագիր տարբերակներ։ Գրեթե բոլորում Սև լիճը կա՛մ ամբողջությամբ ԽՍՀՄ տարածքում է, կա՛մ լճի առնվազն երկու երրորդն է ԽՍՀՄ տարածքում։ Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց պատմաբան, «Հայկական տարածքների բռնակցումը Թուրքիային և Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանին 1920-1930-ական թվականներին» աշխատության համահեղինակ Համո Սուքիասյանը։

Ըստ պատմաբանի՝ սահմանազատման, սահմանագծման աշխատանքը անգամ տասնամյակներ տևող գործընթաց է, այն մեկ հարվածով լուծելի խնդիր չի եղել։ «Սա ժամանակատար, մեծ ջանքեր պահանջող աշխատանք է, անհրաժեշտ են համապատասխան մասնագետներ, փաստագրական հիմք։ Վստահաբար կարող ենք ասել, որ դա մեկ շաբաթվա, ամսվա ու նույնիսկ տարիների աշխատանք չէ։ Մանավանդ, եթե պետությունները դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների մեջ չեն, ավելի է դժվարանում խնդիրների կարգավորումը»,-նշեց նա։

Դիտարկմանը, թե քննարկվում է նաև Տավուշի մարզի գյուղերի և Արարատի մարզի Տիգրանաշեն համայնքի հանձնումն Ադրբեջանին, պատմաբանը տեսակետ հայտնեց, թե նման քննարկումներից պետք է խուսափել։ Ըստ Սուքիասյանի՝ հատկապես այդ հատվածներում ՀՀ սահմանների ներկա վիճակը թե՛ ռազմավարական, թե՛ աշխարհագրական առումով ի շահ ՀՀ-ի է։

«Թե՛ Տավուշի անկլավների, թե՛ Տիգարանաշենի հատվածում այսօր առկա սահմաններն ի շահ ՀՀ-ի են․ ռազմավարական տեսակետից ներկա սահմանագծի պահմանումը գոնե Տավուշում անհրաժեշտություն է»,-ասաց Սուքիասյանը։

Այն դիտարկմանն էլ, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստվում է ստորագրել դելիմիտացիայի ու դեմարկացիայի վերաբերյալ փաստաթուղթ, որը 100 տոկոսով ՀՀ շահերից է բխում, պատմաբանն արձագանքեց, թե որևէ կողմին 100 տոկոսով ձեռնտու տարբերակներ չեն լինում։
