Վարդենիսում զորամասն ինքնակամ լքած զինծառայողի՝ հակառակորդի կողմում հայտնվելու տվյալներ չկան. Դատախազություն

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հրապարակել է հայտարարություն ՀՀ ԶՈՒ զինծառայողի անհետացման վերաբերյալ ԶԼՄ հրապարակումների վերաբերյալ, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

2021թ. մայիսի 18-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ Վարդենիսի ռազմական ոստիկանության բաժինը տեղեկացվել է այն մասին, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարենիսի տարածաշրջանում տեղակայված ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պահպանության տակ գտնվող տարածքից, ծառայության վայրից բացակայում է նույն զորամասի ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Ն. Մ.-ն՝  (ծնված 21.09.2002թ., զորակոչված 2021թ.՝ Տավուշի մարզային զինկոմիսարիատից:

Զինծառայողի գտնվելու վայրն այս պահին դեռևս հայտնի չէ։

Ն.Մ-ին ծառայության վայրում ծեծի ենթարկելու, նրա նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու, պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը ստորացնելու մասին որևէ տվյալ այս պահին առկա չէ:

Տվյալներ չկան նաև զինծառայողի՝ հակառակորդի կողմում որևէ ձևով հայտնված լինելու վերաբերյալ: Չնայած տվյալ տարածաշրջանում պետական սահմանի հատվածում ստեղծված իրավիճակով պայմանավորված՝ իրականացվում է ուժեղացված ծառայություն, տվյալ զինծառայողը մայիսի 18-ի դրությամբ չի գտնվել թշնամական ուժերի հետ  անմիջական շփման հատվածում: Ամեն դեպքում որոնողական աշխատանքները շարունակվում են:

Փաստի կապակցությամբ ՀՀ ՊՆ Վարդենիսի ՌՈ բաժնում նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում ոչ միայն զինծառայողին հայտնաբերելու, այլ նաև դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Նկատի ունենալով այս հանգամանքը՝ հորդորում ենք դեպքի կապակցությամբ չճշտված տեղեկություններ հրապարակելուց զերծ մնալ:
