Գաղտնի հավելվածի մասը Փաշինյանը քիչ առաջ հաստատեց ԱԺ-ում, ըստ էության խոստովանեց, որ հավելվածը հիմնված է երեք հիմնական սկզբունքների վրա, որոնից մեկը վերաբերվում է վերաբերում է ԽՍՀՄ շրջանների առկայությանը, երկրորդը՝ աշխարհագրական դիրքին, երրորդը՝ առկա իրավիճակին: Փաշինյանը խոսեց այն մասին, որ Տավուշում մենք գյուղեր ունենք, որոնք նախկինում եղել են Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի շրջանում, հետո որպես հակակշիռ շարունակեց զրույցը Արծվաշենի մասին, այսինքն, անուղղակի կերպով դավաճան Նիկոլն ամեն ինչ հաստատեց: Այս մասին այսօր Կառավարության դիմաց անցկացվող ակցիայի ընթացքում Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Սուրբ Աթոռում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը Տելեգրամի իր ալիքում հրապարակել է հայտարարության լուսանկար, որը պատրաստվում է ստորագրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Ալիևի հետ։ Փաստաթղթի ստորագրումը Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ հաստատել է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Կապիտուլյանտը իսկապես փաստի առաջ է կանգնել, որովհետև նա մտադիր էր գաղտնի և թաքուն այս ամենն իրականացնել, երբ այս ամենը բացահայտվեց, նրանք սկսեցին խեղափոխել փաստաթղթի առկայությունը, թե յուրահատուկ բան չի տեղի ունենում: Կանգնում, ասում է, որ սա 100 տոկոսով բխում է ՀՀ-ի շահերից»,-ասաց նա:

Քաղաքագետը շեշտեց՝ մեկ բան է ակնհայտ, որ ահավոր հանցագործություն է տեղի ունենում հայ ժողովրդի հանդեպ, քանի որ Փաշինյանը գիտակցում է, որ հնարավոր է ընտրություններից հետո իշխանություն չլինի, և դրա համար մաքսիմալ արագ կերպով փորձում է ավարտին հասցնել այն ծրագիրը, որի համար վերջինս կոչված է եղել:
