Ես բարձր եմ գնահատում Արման Վարդանյանի հետևողական ջանքերը. Հովսեփ Խուրշուդյան

Past.am-ը զրուցել է «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության անդամ Հովսեփ Խուրշուդյանի հետ:

Պարո՛ն Խուրշուդյան, «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման ղեկավար Արման Վարդանյանը ապրիլի 28-ին հարցազրույց էր տվել, որտեղ անդրադարձել էր խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ նախատեսված լայն կոնսոլիդացիային, որն, այսպես ասած՝ ձախողվեց: Արման Վարդանյանը մասնավորապես նշել էր, որ մի պահ անգամ նշմարվել էր ՀՀ-ում ծանր կշիռ ունեցող քաղաքական ուժերի միջև համագործակցությունը, ինչպիսիք էին «Ժառանգություն»-ը, ՀՀՇ-ն, ՍԴՀԿ-ն, ՌԱԿ-ը, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան»-ը, «Միասնություն»-ը եւ այլն: Այդ բեւեռը, սակայն, չձեւավորվեց։ Ո՞րն էր պատճառը:

-«Ժառանգություն»-ն ամենասկզբից նպատակադրված էր ՀՀԿ-ին մարտահրավեր նետել՝ պատրաստ քաղաքական ուժերի համախմբմամբ, քանի որ դրանում էր տեսնում իշխանափոխության իրական հնարավորություն: Այսինքն՝ քաղաքացուն պետք է առաջարկվեր իրական եւ հաղթական այլընտրանք: Եւ այդ համախմբամ մեջ «Ժառանգություն»-ում տեսնում էին թե՛ ձեր թվարկած ուժերին, եւ թե՛ որոշ այլ ուժերի, որոնց մի մասի հետ, ի վերջո, երբ այդ լայն կոնսոլիդացիան չստացվեց, «Ժառանգություն»-ը միավորվեց մեկ դաշինքում:

Նման հակաիշխանական բեւեռի ձախողման պատճառները գնալով ավելի տեսանելի են դառնում, եւ դրանում տեսանելի է իշխանության միջամտությունը: Ավելի մանրամասն այս հարցի շուրջ խոսելուց առայժմ զերծ կմնամ, մանավանդ, որ մասամբ արդեն անդրադարձել եմ դրան իմ նախորդ հարցազրույցներից մեկում: Սակայն մանրամասնելու ժամանակն էլ կգա:

Ի՞նչ դեր ուներ «Միասնություն»-ն այդ շրջանում:

- «Միասնություն»-ը՝ ի դեմ իր ղեկավարի՝ Արման Վարդանյանի, լիովին կիսում էր այդ մոտեցումը եւ ինքն էլ զուգահեռաբար մեծ ջանքեր էր գործադրում այդ լայն կոնսոլիդացիայի ապահովման ուղղությամբ: Մենք համագործակցել ենք իր հետ այդ հարցում եւ ես բարձր եմ գնահատում իր այդ հետեւողական ջանքերը:

Ընտրություններն արդեն անցյալում են, ի՞նչ պետք է անեն այսօր՝ խորհրդարան չմտած ուժերը:

- Երկրին սպասվում են նորանոր մարտահրավերներ ու սպառնալիքներ, եւ ժողովրդի մեծամասնության իղձերն արտահայտող իրական ընդդիմադիր ուժերի համախմբման օրակարգը, կարծում եմ, մնում է արդիական:

Քանի որ որոշակի պայմանավորվածություններ արդեն իսկ կային և գաղափարական առումով՝ էական խոչընդոտներ չկան, ընդդիմադիր ճակատում գործող ուժերի միջեւ, հնարավո՞ր է՝ նորից բանակցություններ սկսվեն և նոր բևեռ ստեղծվի:

- Ոչ թե պարզապես հնարավոր է, այլ դրա այլընտրանքը գոյություն չունի: Ընդդիմությունը վերջապես պետք է միավորվի եւ տեր կանգնի ժողովրդի թելադրած քաղաքական օրակարգին:
