Շուրջ մեկ ամիս առաջ, երբ «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Խաչիկ Ասրյանը հայտարարեց իր ջոկատով Ուկրաինայի հետ շփման գծում Արևմուտքի կողմից սանձազերծվող ՌԴ ուժերի կազմում կռվելու պատրաստակամության մասին, Հայաստանում որոշ քաղաքական ուժեր իսկական հիստերիա բարձրացրին, անլուրջ մոտեցում ցուցաբերեցին, արևմտամետ և գրանտներով սնվող որոշ կառույցներ էլ Ասրյանին մեղադրեցին Հայաստանին միջազգային հակամարտությունների մեջ ներքաշելու փորձերի մեջ։ Մինչդեռ Ասրյանի առաջարկությունը, ըստ էության, ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում ռազմական օգնություն առաջարկելու առաջին առարկայական հայտարարությունն էր։

Այսօր, երբ Հայաստանն է կանգնած նման խնդրի առջև ու դիմել է ՀԱՊԿ-ին ու Ռուսաստանին՝ ռազմական օգնության խնդրանքով, առավել քան արդիական է դառնում արձանագրել Ասրյանի առաջարկի կարևորությունը։

«Անկախ ազգերին և ինքնիշխան պետություններին ստրկացնող և ոչնչացնող միացյալ արևմուտքի հյուսիսատլանտյան ռազմաքաղաքական դաշինք հանդիսացող մարդակործան ՆԱՏՕ-ն Խորհրդային պետություններից մեկի՝ Ուկրաինայի միջոցով փորձում կամ նախապատրաստվում է Հայ ազգի դարավոր բարեկամ, Հայաստանի ռազմավարական միակ դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի դեմ սկսել պատերազմական գործողություններ՝ իբրև պաշտպանելով նույն միացյալ արևմուտքի կողմից ոչնչացվող Ուկրաինան»,- նշել էր «Հայոց Արծիվներ» կամավորական ջոկատի հրամանատար, գնդապետ Խաչիկ Ասրյանը:

Նա նշել էր, թե իր գլխավորած ջոկատը բարեկամ Ռուսաստանի Զինված Ուժերի կազմում պատրաստ է կռվել ՆԱՏՕ-ի դեմ` պաշտպանելով Հայաստանի ռազմավարական միակ դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։ Եվ իսկապես, երբ մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը նույն խնդրի առաջ էր կանգնած, պետք էր որևէ կերպ պաշտոնական մակարդակով արձագանքել, օգնություն առաջարկել, որ այսօր, երբ մենք ենք խնդրի առջև կանգնած, իշխանությունը ռազմավարական դաշնակցի հետ ավելի ամուր և պինդ խոսելու տեղ ունենար։ Երբեմն պետք է լսել քաղաքական այրերին, խորհրդակցել և գործել վճռական։ Այսօր լրիվ այլ իրավիճակ կունենայինք։
