Ադրբեջանցիները ինչ-որ պայմաններ են առաջ քաշում. ուրիշ տարածք են ուզում՝ ոչ Սև լճի մոտ ու ոչ միայն Սյունիքի մարզում. Վահե Հակոբյան

ArmDaily.am-ի զրուցակիցն է «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանը։

-Երեկվա բանակցություններից որևէ տեղեկություն ունե՞ք։

-Բանակցություններն ավարտվել են, բայց ադրբեջանական կողմը վերապահումներով է պատրաստ հետ քաշվի, չգիտեմ ինչ-որ պահանջներ են դնում նոր։ Ստացվում է, որ իրենք մեր տարածք են մտնում, հետո մեր տարածքից դուրս գալու համար էլի մեր տարածքներն են ուզում՝ կոպիտ ասած այսպիսի բանաձև են հիմա իրենք կիրառում։

-Այսինքն՝ Սյունիքի մարզից ա՞յլ տարածք են փոխարենն ուզում։

-Ասում են` այդտեղից դուրս կգանք՝ մասամբ կամ չմասամբ, բայց ուրիշ տեղեր ինչ-որ հարցեր են առաջ քաշում։ Ուրիշ տարածք են ուզում՝ ոչ Սև լճի մոտ ու ոչ միայն Սյունիքի մարզում, այդ թվում Սյունիքի մարզում։ Կոնկրետ չեմ կարող ասել որտեղ, բայց իրենք առաջ են քաշում այլ խնդիրներ։

-Ի՞նչ եք կարծում ՀԱՊԿ-ին դիմելուց հետո, այս կառույցը կկարողանա՞ իրավիճակ փոխել։

-Կարևոր է, թե ՀԱՊԿ-ն ինչպիսի տրամադրվածությամբ է մոտենում այս հարցին։ Այսինքն եթե դա իրականում գործող կառույց է և իրենք մտահոգ են գործող պայմանագրի պահպանմամբ, իրենք պետք է ավելի վճռական լինեն՝ ես չեմ ասում մարտական գործողությունների անցնեն, բայց նույն դիվանագիտական բոլոր լծակներն օգտագործեն, որպեսզի սթափեցնեն Ադրբեջանին։ Հիմա նրանք ամենաթողության մթնոլորտում ինչ ուզում են, անում են՝ պարզ է, որ ով էլ լիներ իրենց տեղը, ես ենթադրում եմ այսպես էլ կաներ։

-Իշխանություններն ասում են, որ չեն հասցրել կահավորել սահմանները։

-Իսկ վեց ամիս ի՞նչ էին անում։

-Վեց ամիսը բավարար չէ՞ր սահմանները կահավորելու համար կամ արդյոք մեր բանակի վիճակն իսկապես այդքան վատ է, որ չեն կարողանում վերահսկողություն սահմանել սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով։

-Իրենք պետք է հիմնական ներուժը դնեին Սյունիքի մարզում, ինչի՞ մասին է խոսքը։ Նայեք, ով է Ձեր պաշտպանությանը նախարարը, ով է Շտաբի պետը՝ ինչի՞ մասին է խոսքը։

-Ֆրանսիայի նախագահը ևս հանդես եկավ կոչով՝ Արդբեջանին ուղղված, որ սահմանախախտ զինվորականները պետք է դուրս գան ՀՀ տարածքից։ Այս կոչն իրենից ինչ-որ բան ենթադրո՞ւմ է։

-Կոչ է արել էլի, ինչ-որ մի բան պիտի ասեին։ Առհասարակ, նույն Եվրամիությունը պասիվ է շատ՝ պատերազմից կսած մինչև հիմա։ Այդ ով վեր կացավ, ինչ-որ վճռական բան ասեց, ով սթափեցման կոչ արեց Ադրբեջանին, երբ որ մեր տղաներին էին սպանում։

-Քաղաքական որոշ շրջանակներում այս զարգացումները կապում են նաև արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հետ, որ որոշակի պայմանավորվածություններ կան։

-Ես էլ եմ ասում, միանշանակ, հնարավոր է։ Մենք առնվազն իրավունք ունենք այդպես մտածելու։

-Այսինքն, մտավախություն ունենալով, որ բավականաչափ ձայն չեն հավաքի, այո՞։

-Այո, և դա փաստ է։

-Կարծում եք, որ ռազմական դրություն կմտցնե՞ն։
