Սիրիացի վարձկան 2 ահաբեկիչները դատապարտվեցին ցմահ ազատազրկման. դատարանը հրապարակեց վճիռը

Սյունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը այսօր՝ մայիսի 4-ին, Արցախի դեմ ռազմական գործողություններին ներգրավված վարձկան երկու ահաբեկիչներին դատապարտեց ցմահ ազատազրկման։

NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում գործով մեղադրող դատախազ Արշակ Մարտիրոսյանը հայտնեց, որ դատարանում գործով ամբաստանյալներն իրենց մեղավոր ճանաչել են մասնակի։

Անդրադառնալով նրանց արտահանձնելու վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ դատախազը նշեց, որ այդ մասով ինքը որեւէ տեղեկություն չունի։

Նշենք՝ քրեական գործով հիմնավորվել է, որ Մուհռաբ Մուհամմադ ալ-Շխերին եւ Յուսեֆ Ալաբեթ ալ-Հաջին, չհանդիսանալով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, մշտապես չբնակվելով դրա տարածքում, ընդգրկված չլինելով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի անձնակազմում, այլ հանդիսանալով Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ, Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետության կամ այլ պետության կողմից ուղարկված չլինելով Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի կազմում պաշտոնեական պարտականություններ կատարելու համար, նյութական հատուցում ստանալու դիմաց, կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում մասնակցել են Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից սանձազերծված ագրեսիվ պատերազմին, որի ընթացքում նրանց գործողություններն ուղղված են եղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Արցախի Հանրապետության տարածքում քաղաքացիական անձանց եւ զինված ընդհարման ժամանակ ռազմական գործողություններին անմիջականորեն չմասնակցող անձանց ոչնչացնելուն կամ ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելուն, իսկ այդ գործողությունների նպատակն իրենց բնույթով եւ էությամբ ուղղված են եղել խաղաղ բնակչությանն ահաբեկելուն՝ ապակայունացնելով Արցախի Հանրապետության եւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներքին վիճակը։

Վերը նկարագրված հանցավոր արարքները կատարելու համար Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ Մուհռաբ Մուհամմադ ալ-Շխերիին եւ Յուսեֆ Ալաբեթ ալ-Հաջիին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 217-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով,  389-րդ հոդվածով, 34-390-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետով, 34-390-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով եւ 395-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով։
