Շուրջ 21մլն ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ ոսկյա զարդեր են հափշտակել․ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է Ալավերդի քաղաքում ոսկյա զարկերի խանութներում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Ալավերդի քաղաքի երկու բնակիչներ, նույն քաղաքի Թումանյան փողոցում գտնվող խանութի ոսկյա զարդերը ավազակության եղանակով հափշտակելու շուրջ նախնական համաձայնության գալով միմյանց հետ, 2020թ. օգոստոսի 1-ին` ժամը 08:00-ի սահմաններում, ավտոմեքենայով միասին գնացել են նշված խանութի տարածք, դարանակալել խանութի հարևանությամբ գտնվող աստիճանների տակ՝ սպասելով վաճառողուհու գալուն: Ժամը 09:00-ի սահմաններում, երբ վերջինս անջատել է խանութի ազդանշանային համակարգը, երիտասարդները ապօրինի մուտք են գործել ոսկյա զարդերի խանութ, հարձակվել նրա վրա, կապել բերանն ու ձեռքերը, ապա դանակի և զենքի գործադրմամբ կյանքի համար վտանգավոր սպառնալիքներով նրանից պահանջել և վերցրել են չհրկիզվող պահարանի բանալիները: Չկարողանալով բացել նշված պահարանի բոլոր դռների փականները, երիտասարդներից մեկը կրակել է խանութի հատակին, որից հետո կրկին փորձել են բացել փականները և չկարողանալով հափշտակել այնտեղ գտնվող առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` շուրջ 10.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր արժողության ոսկյա զարդերը՝ դիմել են փախուստի:

Օրեր անց, վերոհիշյալ երիտասարդները, նույն եղանակով կատարել են ևս մեկ ավազակային հարձակում. 2020թ. օգոստոսի 10-ին՝ 11:40-ի սահմաններում, երկուսով ապօրինի մուտք են գործել մեկ այլ խանութ, որտեղ երիտասարդներից մեկը հարձակվել է խանութի սեփականատիրոջ վրա, ձեռքերով փակել նրա բերանն ու աչքերը, որից հետո ձեռքերով ամուր սեղմել է նրա պարանոցը՝ առաջացնելով շնչահեղձություն: Այդ ընթացքում մյուս երիտասարդը խանութի ցուցափեղկերից վերցրել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով` շուրջ 21.808.900 ՀՀ դրամ ընդհանուր արժողության տարբեր տեսակի ոսկյա զարդեր, և երկուսով դիմել են փախուստի:
