Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում որևէ ուղղահայաց ենթակայության տակ չի կարող լինել, հայտարարել է Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանը՝ ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի դեմոկրատիայի և մարդու իրավունքների ինստիտուտի ղեկավար Ահմեդ Սահիդովի թվիթերյան այն գրառման՝ թե իբր 2020թ նոյեմբերի 10-ի հայտարարության կետերից մեկով Ստեփանակերտն անցնելու է Ադրբեջանի հսկողության ներքո։

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Ադրբեջանի դեմոկրատիայի և մարդու իրավունքների ինստիտուտի ղեկավար Ահմեդ Սահիդովի՝ թվիթերյան էջում կատարած գրառումներն ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների հերթական սադրիչ գործելաոճի շարունակություն են։

2020թ նոյեմբերի 10-ի չարաբաստիկ հայտարարության մեջ Ստեփանակերտի՝ ադրբեջանական բանակի հսկողության տակ անցնելու մասին կետը բացակայում էր։ Այսօր Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգության երաշխավորը ՝ ռուս խաղաղապահ ուժերն ու Արցախի բանակն են։

Արցախն Ադրբեջանի կազմում որևէ ուղղահայաց ենթակայության տակ չի կարող լինել։ Համոզված ենք, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի հովանու ներքո մենք հասնելու ենք լիակատար ազատության նախկին ԼՂԻՄ-ի սահմաններում։ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների առաջնորդները ևս գիտակցում են, որ անվտանգության երաշխիքի հետ միասին Արցախի ժողովրդի համար հրատապ է Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցը։

Անվտանգություն և հստակ կարգավիճակ․ դրանցից մեկի բացակայության դեպքում Արցախը հայաթափվելու է։

 

Լիահույս ենք, որ մենք քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի մի մասնիկն ենք և, որպես անկախ պետություն, պատրաստակամ ենք փոխշահավետ համագործակցության պայմանագրեր կնքելու ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանի երկրների, այլև բոլոր խաղաղասեր երկրների հետ։ Խաղաղ բանակցային գործընթացի այլընտրանքը պատերազմն է։ Մենք առաջարկում ենք արժանապատիվ խաղաղության օրակարգ»,-նշել է Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԺ նախագահ Արթուր Թովմասյանը»,- ասված է Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահի հայտարարությունում:
