Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Ի սրտե շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ Աշխատանքի օրվա առթիվ: Հայ ժողովրդի համար աշխատանքը ոչ միայն հարազատ օջախի բարեկեցության և արժանապատիվ կյանքի ապահովման, այլև պետության հիմքերն ամրապնդող առաջնահերթ գրավականներից է: Բոլոր ժամանակներում սեփական քրտինքով հավելյալ արժեք ստեղծելը եղել է մեր հասարակության յուրաքանչյուր անհատի անձնական գերակայությունը:
Մենք շատ լավ գիտենք, թե այսօր ինչ լրջագույն խնդիրների առաջ է կանգնած մեր պետությունը: Գործազրկության բարձր ցուցանիշ, աշխատատեղերի բացակայություն, ցածր թոշակներ և նվազագույն աշխատավարձի ցածր շեմ: Աշխատող մարդն իրավացիորեն ակնկալում է իր կենսական ուժերի, գործադրած ջանքերի արժանի գնահատում և արդարացի վարձատրություն: Այսօր բոլորիս պարտքն է հասնել նրան, որպեսզի հայ մարդն իր աշխատանքով և արժանապատիվ վարձատրությամբ կարողանա ստանալ սեփական հացը վստակելու հնարավորություն: Առանձնահատուկ ուշադրության պետք է արժանանան մեր թոշակառու հայրենակիցները, որոնք իրենց կյանքի մեծ մասը նվիրել են ազնիվ աշխատանքով մեր երկիրը շենացնելու գործին և պետք է ունենան բարձր թոշակ ստանալու հնարավորություն:
Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Նախորդ տարին աչքի ընկավ աննախադեպ ծանր փորձություններով: Տարեսզբին բախվեցինք համավարակային ծանր իրավիճակին՝դրանից բխող բազմաթիվ խնդիրներով: Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմի հասցրած ծանր հետևանքներն էլ հաղթահարելու համար դեռ շատ երկար ժամանակ է անհրաժեշտ: Այդ համատեքստում առանձնահատուկ երախտագիտությունս եմ հայտնում բոլոր այն բուժաշխատողներին, որոնք ամիսներ շարունակ զօրուգիշեր կռիվ էին տալիս մարդկային կյանքեր փրկելու համար: Փա՛ռք ու պատիվ ձեզ՝ տքնաջան աշխատանքի համար:
Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորելով Աշխատանքի օրվա առթիվ ուզում եմ հավատալ, որ միասնական աշխատանքով մենք կարողանալու ենք շտկել մեր երկրի տնտեսության կոտրված ողնաշարը , հաղթահարել ծառացած բոլոր խնդիրները, շենացնել ու զորացնել մեր հայրենիքը:
