Հասարակությունը չի կարող անվերջ սպասել դատական համակարգի առողջացմանը․ Միրզոյան/տեսանյութ/

Բոլոր հարցումները ցույց են տալիս, որ մեր հասարակության համար հիմնական խնդիրներից մեկը՝ անաչառ դատարանների, արդար, վստահելի դատարանների, առնվազն հանրային ընկալման մակարդակով խնդիրն է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ ապրիլի 29–ին,  ԲԴԽ անդամների հետ հանդիպմանն՝ ասել է ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը։

«Նաև խոստովանենք ինքներս մեզ, որ վերջին տարիների ընթացքում շատ բան չի փոխվել այս առումով։ Օրենսդիր իշխանությունը բավականին լուրջ աշխատանքներ է տարել այս ուղղությամբ, այդ թվում՝ ԲԴԽ–ին օժտելով  հավելյալ գործիքակազմով։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք այս աշխատանքները շարունակել, օրենսդրական մակարդակում  բոլոր անհրաժեշտ փոփոխություններն անել։ Բայց, կարծում եմ, որ ԲԴԽ–ին իր կողմից եւ առհասարակ, դատական իշխանությունն իր կողմից մեծ անելիք ունեն եւ մեծ հաշվով նոր հեծանիվ հնարելու անհրաժեշտություն չկա։ Խոսքը առկա լիազորությունների հավուր պատշաճի իրականացնելու մասին է»,– ասել է Արարատ Միրզոյանը։

Ըստ Միրզոյանի՝ դատական իշխանությունների կողմից քաղաքական գործընթացներում ներգրավման եւ քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվելու ցանկացած փորձ անընդունելի է։ Դա նաեւ կոպտորեն հակասում է դատավորի երդմանը եւ դատական օրենսդրությանը։

«Հասարակությունը չի կարող անվերջ սպասել դատական համակարգի առողջացմանը, հստակ փոփոխությունների բացակայության դեպքում, կարծում եմ, նրանց արձագանքը կարող է արդեն բավականին կոշտ լինել»,- նշել է Միրզոյանը։
