Ոստիկանությունը հայտնում է նոր բացահայտման մասին /տեսանյութ/

Ոստիկանության ՔՈ գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողների ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ մի տղամարդ մարտ ամսից Երևան քաղաքի Արամ Խաչատրյան փողոցի բնակարաններից մեկում, իսկ հետագայում՝ Մաշտոցի պողոտայում գտնվող մի սրճարանի տարածքում, առանց պետական գրանցման և առանց հատուկ թույլտվության՝ լիցենզիայի, վարձու խաղավարի միջոցով կազմակերպել է կենդանի «պոկեր» տեսակի շահումով խաղեր, որոնց շրջանակներում 1000, 5000 և 25000 դրամին համարժեք խաղաքարերով խաղադրույքներ ընդունելու և մասնակիցներից յուրաքանչյուրի շահումից 3%-ի չափով գանձումներ կատարելու եղանակով՝ օրական ստացել է շուրջ 300 հազար դրամի շահույթ և չի վճարել գործունեության համար սահմանված պետական տուրքը, ինչի հետևանքով պետության օրինական շահերին պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝ շուրջ 5 միլիարդ 500 միլիոն դրամի վնաս։

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են խաղատնային բազմատեսակ պարագաներ, որոնք առգրավվել են հետագա գործողությունների համար։ Բացի այդ ՔՈԳՎ բերման ենթարկված խաղի մասնակից անձանցից մեկի խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել են առանց թույլտվության գազային ատրճանակ, փամփուշտներ ու 15 սմ երկարությամբ շեղբով ծալովի դանակ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
