Բայդենը տեղեկացրել է, որ պատրաստվում է ճանաչել Հայոց Ցեղասպանությունը․ միջազգայնագետ

Բայդենը տեղեկացրել է, որ պատրաստվում է ճանաչել Հայոց Ցեղասպանությունը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է միջազգայնագետ Սուրեն Սարգսյանը։

«Ինչպես կանխատեսում էի, Բայդենն ու Էրդողանն այսօր օնլայն շփում են ունեցել: Բայդենը տեղեկացրել է, որ պատրաստվում է ճանաչել Հայոց Ցեղասպանությունը»,- գրել է նա:

Bloomberg լրատվական գործակալությունը հայտնել է, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը հեռախոսազրույցում իր թուրք գործընկեր Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին ասել է, որ մտադիր է ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը։ Հաղորդվում է, որ Բայդենը մտադիր է այդ կապակցությամբ հայտարարություն տարածել շաբաթ օրը՝ ապրիլի 24-ին։

Ինչպես արդեն հայտնել էինք, Բայդենը այսօր հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Էրդողանի հետ։

Հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում ԱՄՆ-ի և Թուրքիայի նախագահներ Ջոզեֆ Բայդենը և Թայիփ Էրդողանը պայմանավորվել են հանդիպել հունիսին Բրյուսելում կայանալիք ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովին: Այս մասին ասված է Սպիտակ տան մամուլի ծառայության տարածած հայտարարության մեջ:

«ԱՄՆ նախագահը հետաքրքրություն հայտնեց կառուցողական հարաբերությունների հաստատման վերաբերյալ` լայն համագործակցության և տարաձայնությունների արդյունավետ կարգավորման հետ կապված: Առաջնորդները պայմանավորվեցին հունիսին ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում անցկացնել անձնական հանդիպում՝ քննարկելու երկկողմ և տարածաշրջանային հարցերի ամբողջ շրջանակը»,-ասվում է տեքստում։

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ Սպիտակ տունը հաստատել է, որ Բայդենը Ցեղասպանության հիշատակի օրը հանդես կգա հայտարարությամբ։

Սպիտակ տան մամուլի քարտուղարը հաստատել է, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը հայտարարություն է անելու Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի զանգվածային ջարդի կապակցությամբ, բայց չի ասել, թե կօգտագործի՞ «ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթը:

«Ես չեմ կարող որևէ բան կանխատեսել: Ես ակնկալում եմ, որ նախագահը հայտարարություն կանի Զոհերի հիշատակի օրը, բայց ես չեմ կարող հաստատել ոչինչ հայտարարության բովանդակության վերաբերյալ ձեր ենթադրությունների մասին», – ասել է խոսնակը՝ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ պատասխանելով լրագրողների հարցին։

Ավելի վաղ Wall Street Journal- ը հայտնել էր Բայդենի այս մտադրության մասին՝  հղում անելով ամերիկյան վարչակազմի աղբյուրներին:

Ըստ թերթի՝ Սպիտակ տան ղեկավարը ապրիլի 24-ին կարող է պաշտոնապես հայտարարել Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման վերաբերյալ իր որոշման մասին: Նշվում է նաև, որ վերջնական որոշում դեռ կայացված չէ, և Բայդենը կարող է սահմանափակվել պաշտոնական հայտարարությամբ, որում չի լինի ցեղասպանության փաստի պաշտոնական ճանաչում:
