Ամեն անգամ երբ ուսանողին անդունդի եզրին են կանգնեցնում վարձավճարի խնդրով, նույնն է ինչ ճոճեն պետության հենասյուները։
 
Այո՛ որակյալ կրթությունը պետք է լինի վճարովի, սակայն միշտ հնարավոր է գտնել արդյունավետ մեթոդներ։
 
Ուսանողի համար պետք է ստեղծել հասանելի լավագույն պայմանները կրթվելու ու զարգանալու համար, չէ որ դա նույնն է ինչ կրթես ու ուժեղացնես սեփական պետությունը, սնես նրա արմատներն ու ուժ տաս մեծանալու համար։
Օրեր առաջ ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հանդիպելով երիտասարդների հետ հնչեցրեց, որ ուսանողի համար պետք է ստեղծել այնպիսի պայմաններ, որի ժամանակ պետությունը կվճարի ուսանողի կրթվելու գումարը, ուսանողի հետ կկնքի պայմանագիր` պարտավորվելով ուսման ավարտից հետո լուծել աշխատանքի խնդիրը, իսկ ուսանողն իր հերթին կպարտավորվի աշխատելով 5 տարվա ընթացքում վերադարձնել պետության ներդրած գումարը։
 
Եթե ուսանողն ունի ցանկություն կրթվելու, զարգանալու համար, հետագայում ընտանիք կազմել և ապրել իր երկրում սեփական գիտելիքները կիրառել իր հայրենիքում, ապա պետք է ստեղծել դրա համար բոլոր պայմանները։
 
Երկիրը զարգանում է տնտեսությամբ, իսկ տնտեսությունը` գիտությամբ։
 
Ուսանողին կրթվելու հնարավորությունից զրկելով` զրկում ենք տնտեսությունը զարգանալու հնարավորությունից։
