«Հեղափոխությունից» հիասթափվածներն առաջիկա ընտրություններում կնախընտրե՞ն «Հայրենիքը»

Հայաստանում սպասվող առաջիկա արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կարող են շատ անկանխատեսելի արդյունքներ գրանցել։ Տարբեր սոցիոլոգիական հարցումները վկայում են, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ճնշող մեծամասնության մոտ առկա է խոր հիասթափություն «հեղափոխության առաջնորդի» և նրա թիմի նկատմամբ։ Նրանց թիվը կազմում է շուրջ 70%: Իսկ չկողմնորոշվածների տոկոսային հարաբերակցությունն աննախադեպ է Հայաստանի նորանկախ պատմության մեջ․ ըտրողների 50-60%-ը դեռ չի շտապում բարձրաձայնել իր նախապատվությունների մասին։ 

Հետևաբար, սպասվող ընտրությունների ամենամեծ ինտրիգը, թերևս, կայանալու է նրանում, թե որ քաղաքական ուժին նախապատվությունը կտա «հեղափոխություն արած», սակայն «հեղափոխական թիմից» հուսալքված էլեկտորատը։ Խոսքը գնում է առնվազն 500-600 հազար ընտրողի մասին։ Բանն այն է, որ այդ մարդկանց ճնշող մեծամասնությունը, չնայած Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի տոտալ ձախողումներին ու Արցախյան վերջին պատերազմում կրած խայտառակ պարտությանը, ոչ մի կերպ պատրաստ չէ քվեարկել «նախկինների» վերադարձի օգտին։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ նրանք կկողմնորոշվեն դեպի նոր ուժեր, որոնք ձևավորվել են ինքնուրույնաբար և ունեն մարդկային ու գաղափարական ռեսուրսներ։

Այդ քաղաքական միավորներից մեկը ներկա պահին ԱԱԾ պաշտոնաթող տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի «Հայրենիք» կուսակցությունն է։ Հիշեցնենք, որ 2018-ի հայտնի իրադարձություններից անմիջապես հետո Արթուր Վանեցյանը նշանակվեց ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնում։ Հենց նրա պաշտոնավարման օրոք էր, որ տեղի սկսվեց կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքար, պետբյուջե վերադաձվեցին զգալի գումարներ։ Եղավ մի պահ, որ նա իր պոպուլյարությամբ նույնիսկ ստվերում էր թողել «հեղափոխության առաջնորդին»։ Սակայն խնդիրներ կային նաև Արթուր Վանեցյանի ազգային և պետականամետ դիրքորոշումների հետ կապված, որոնք տարաձայնությունների լուրջ պատճառ դարձան ԱԱԾ տնօրենի և գլոբալիստական հայացքներով փաշինյանական թիմի միջև։ Բնականաբար, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նման բան չէր կարող հանդուրժել, և նրանց ճանապարհները բաժանվեցին 2019-ին։

Ի դեպ, Արթուր Վանեցյանը «հեղափոխական թիմի» ամենաբարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան էր, ով իր հրաժարականի տեքստում հրապարակավ մեղադրեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ոչ ադեկվատ լինելու, կառավարելու և որոշումներ ընդունելու անունակության մեջ։

Ընդամենը մեկ տարվա քաղաքական գործունեության ընթացքում Արթուր Վանեցյանը կարողացավ հաստատուն տեղ զբաղեցրել ընդդիմադիր դաշտի «էլիտայի» շարքերում՝ կոշտ քննադատության ենթարկելով «հեղափոխական թիմին», որտեղից, իդեպ, շատերը իրենց ապագա անվտանգության երաշխիքները կապում են հենց նրա հետ, որպես երբեմնի թիմակիցներ։

Բայց «հեղափոխությունից» հիասթափվածների վերջնական համակրանքը շահելու համար Արթուր Վանեցյանին և նրա կուսակցությանը հսկայական աշխատանք է սպասում։ Կկարողանա արդյո՞ք «Հայրենիքը» ճիշտ դիրքավորվել, ամրապնդել արդեն իսկ դսևորվող ուրույն քաղաքական դիմագիծը, մարդկանց մոտ հույս արթնացնել, կհավակնի լուրջ քվեների։
