Ի՞նչ է սպասվում վարկ վերցրած քաղաքացիներին

Մենք վարկերի տակ գտնվող քաղաքացիների մասին բազմիցս խոսել ենք։
Օրեր առաջ խնդրին կրկին անդրադարձավ ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, շեշտելով, որ խնդիրը դուրս է գալիս վերահսկողությունից։
Այս պահին մեր երկրում կա 650 հազար ընտանիք և երկու միլիոն երկու հարյուր հազար վարկառու։
Այսինքն՝ ընտանիքներ կան որոնք 2-3 բանկերում վարկեր ունեն։
Հաշվի առնելով բանկերի կողմից կիրառվող տոկոսադրույքները, որոնք համահունչ չեն քաղաքացիների անգամ միջին եկամուտների հետ, ապա դժվար չէ պատկերացնել, թե վարկ վերցրած ընտանիքներին ինչպիսի դաժան ընթացակարգ է սպասվում, եթե չկարողանան ճիշտ ժամանակին մարել ճարահատյալ վերցված վարկերը`գործազրկությունից մինչև ունեզրկում։
Այս խնդիրը ունակ է հիմնովին ջախջախել երկրի մանր ու միջին բիզնեսը։
Մեր երկրի տնտեսական կայունության հիմքը պետք է դառնա հենց փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսը (ինչպես բոլոր զարգացած կամ զարգացող երկրներում):
Թվում է, թե խնդիրը երկար ժամանակ է կա ու ադապտացվել ենք, սակայն տնտեսագիտությունն ունի իր կանոնները, որի հետևանքները կարող են անչափ ցավոտ լինել ժողովրդի համար։
Հարկավոր է գործնական քայլեր անել, մենք առաջարկում ենք մինչև 3 միլիոն դրամ վարկերը, որոնք վերցվել են առաջնային կարիքները հոգալու, ուսման վարձավճարի կամ սոցիալական այլ խնդիրները լուծելու համար` մինչև երկու ամսվա ընթացքում զրոյականացվեն։
Ժամանակակից երկրների բազում օրինակներ կան (Վիետնամ, Սինգապուր, Մալազիա), թե ինչպես է հնարավոր պրոֆեսիոնալ թիմով վերլուծել, գրագետ կանխատեսումներ անել ու տնտեսությունը դուրս բերել ճահճից, իսկ հետո բնական է զարգացնել ու հզորացնել պետությունը։
